We are rehashing on these points becuase you didnt understand that your unban needs to be about your actions. I am not going unban you becuase ' time has passed. ' fix your reason for appeal, and I'll lift the ban.

This means that you were being aggressive towards other players/ things that happened ICly. As well as your warnings and notes had affect on your ban as well. Your style of Roleplay wasn't suited for our server and needs to be adjusted to fit the needs of the server/other players. Make sense?

Do you understand that your behavior was unacceptable for the server? What do you plan to do to avoid this happening again?

Myself and @Pratepresidenten have tore through the logs, and what evidence was provided here as well. @Star Dust given your extensive amount of staff entries the past three months, many regarding validhunting and a lack of fear RP, we've come to the agreement that a ban is in order. There will be a 7-day ban applied to your ckey as a result of this complaint. I urge you to reconsider how you play Alice Green from here on out. One. Your RP is up there. Effective and wholesome at times. Two. You need to dial it back on characters like Sarah and John. They are horrible. John is a meme. Should have been deleted forever ago. I'm wondering why you want to force a change because you personally dont like something. Are you putting out a suggestion to gather feedback from others in the community or serve your own concept of what's good/terrible? Blacksec isnt that bad. There are worse things that need sorted in security than their suits. I can give plenty of suggestions if need be.

I didn't have screenshots/nor the ability to speak with the player on the matter. I do not typically given warnings/ban/notes on players unless it's clear cut. As Kor was handling the ahelp and I was AFK, I wasn't sure if you had sent screenshots. The information I needed was given to me by that player on the following day. If it had not of been, I would have asked an admin to get me logs for that round to double check, then apply a warning.

The warning was not issued because the player disconnected before the ticket was taken, the trial member in question couldn't reach them for their side. So yes, a lack of evidence. Once I made contact on the following ahelp, i got the full story and acted on that.

Said player disconnected before the ahelp was taken/handled. Armory refused to file a complaint. Ahelped the following day. I talked to the player, informed them not to do such a thing again and applied a warning. I believe the complaint concerns the lack of response time. And my failure to take responsibility, if I'm understanding Blaine correctly.

1. The staff member that was going to deal with the issue was a trial member. I had talked to them regarding the issue. We could not reach the player to allow them to confirm or deny the issue. 2. When said player was active again and you ahelped, I took care of the issue. 3. Your logic on ahelps and forum complaints needs some serious reworking. You refuse wholeheartedly to file a player complaint. However you will file a complaint against trial staff as well as myself as soon as you can. 4. Even when the issue itself was handled, you were not happy with the outcome becuase it was not done when you wanted it done. 5. Staff are not your personal slaves to do your bidding. We make mistakes. We are human. I have had this conversation with you at least three times. I'm unsure how you fail to see the point.

Hi. I've been asked to apply my input from my standpoint on this. Honestly, and I'll do my best here to remain professional, you could have gone about carding me.. almost any other way besides blasting your way in. Your reactions and the way you behave as a character both ICly and OOCly in this manner have been seen before. I am really unsure how this punishment was a surprise to you what so ever. As for your complaint against Drago, I think you need to check the word impartial again. Had this of been me, I would have moved for a 1 month ban and whitelist strip. She did her job. Even the CE was baffled about why him and an officer were cutting their way into my core. This was a power play that had no reasoning behind it. Paranoid or not, you got a legit fax FROM CENTRAL saying it was fine. As Captain/Hos you are expected to listen to those. And as someone who plays Captain as well, that's not a hard statement to follow. And I've been told to Borg people on i200s before. It sucks, but that's the drawback. If my words hold any value to this complaint and the people in it, 1 week ban and a whitelist strip was fine. I dont think you need to be playing a Head of staff for a while. If ever again.

Neat. I often don't visit our away sites as staff if I have any intention of going during the shift. Surprises are cool.
