Reason for complaint: Talos stone decided at the end of a round, during evacuation of the station to use an exosuit to drill crew that had insulted him. Effectively killing one crew member, and seriously harming another all because of being called a piss robot, on account of the shade of gold on his exosuit. It was unwarranted and pretty much grief. Did you attempt to adminhelp the issue at the time? If so, what was the known action taken by administration/moderation? Yes, however no staff were on at the time. To me, there is a never ending need to work on your ability to write, or RP. I see this constantly in myself. I think I need to personally spend a bit more time with my thought processes before commenting on certain things. Sometimes I'm too quick to say something. I've worked on my actions in this regard and take a few moments to consider my actions before I make them. It's what should have been done before when the incident with my Captain went down. Also I want to expand my word bank. I find myself sometimes using words that could easily be replaced with something a bit more complex. I love new big words. I know this may not make much sense, or sound like I'm legitimately dumb, but I LOVE learning new words or terms. When I hear someone use a word I'm not familiar with, I look it up as soon as I can. It's a slight fixation on knowledge. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to hit me with any others! @Haydizzle P.S. As for the slight validhunt-y bits with Satak, I try to avoid conflict with antags as best as I can, unless pressed into a corner. I'm not sure in what you're referring to, so any reference would help with explanation.

I've worked on making sure I do not rush into situations without first being extremely understand of the situation at hand. I was banned rightly so but I'm asking for the chance to own my mistake and do better in the future.

Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: I've always enjoyed making things fun on the Aurora. Heads of staff are able to really get the ball rolling on certain things. On may 29th 2020 I was given a day ban for firing on an antag with a laser pistol who was actively attacking my Head of Research as Captain. During this time, I was a moderator for the server and had juuust come back from a bout of SSD/AFK. I failed to scroll up and read what was said to me by the RD and made a grave error. I got them both killed and really messed up. I will always own my mistakes, but I believe with a second chance, Something like this will not happen again. Hello! Unfortunately Evandorf stepped away from the mod team, so I have been chosen to take this appeal. Firstly, thank you for taking your appeal seriously and going into detail. It makes for better chances of getting to re-join our community and server. My concern is that you're a bit old as far as server time goes. Way back to 2015. In that time you collected a good deal of notes and warnings about Low RP behavior, bans as well. I've played between CM and Aurora and it's not exactly hard to understand the difference between the two. But my perspective isnt the same as yours might be. If I'm willing to unban you, this would be the absolute last time it would happen. Any mistake after the fact will result in a permaban being reapplied with no chance to appeal. Make sense?

Mel as a player is an amazing RP'er. Her ability to properly play command is fantastic. As staff, I think she would do well as a moderator. Her grasp of the rules and her willingness to teach others is evident. Not only as she abides by them, but she's always been willing to teach other players about medical. I've watched her turn interns into doctors. I 100% endorse this app. Mel and I talked about this app before she posted it. And her biggest concern was that she didn't want to get mod JUST because a few staff thought she was good. So I'm asking that anyone that reads this, as a part of our community, speak up.
