I've played so many rounds with Nesh, and every character I've met has something going for them. Their IC playstyle is fantastic as well. Xinth is the best bug on this server. +1 from me. Hope you get it!

If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: It was a long shift, and I went to the bar for a drink. The aformentioned officer and investigator were present as well. The officer had to leave, and the investigator stayed. We had all placed orders and Bling had set down for the officer, and was working on the investigators drink. Jones got upset because Bling wasn't serving him fast enough. He shouted '' Jesus fucking christ how hard is it to get a drink in here'' and proceeded to throw the glass meant for the officer at bling. The result was the glass slamming into the IPC's chassis and probably damaging them. I called for security to handle the matter and was met with insults and taunts from the officer and the investigator. I took the issue to the Captain who attempted to have Jones charged. It appears however that the officer lied to the Captain and issued a verbal warning to Jones instead of doing their job and handling the matter. This is not how we as Security officers should act and is exactly why I signed on with Zavod Interstellar. Submitted Evidence: None due to officer Jajszczyk failing to do their job. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: I did report the issue when Security failed to detain and charge Jones with assault and harrassment. I spoke to the Captain via PDA. Valorallen Vitellia Actions taken: The Captain attempted to get Security to handle the issue, however they failed to do as he commanded. Additional Notes:

I've been in contact with their CE twice at least and every time it's an amazing experience. RP is fantastic and they know what's right and wrong with Command play. Also they gave Szsk snaccs. +100

Due to Community feedback on Szsk I will not be moving to have Szsk as HoS. Instead I'll be bringing back an old HoP I had beforehand, Jarvi.

Would adjusting the application to reflect a different character be permitted then? I can understand where you and Danse are coming from.

Thank you for this feedback! While I understand your view given Szsk, it's also a flaw of his, ICly. He has a lack of trust for humans, and this causes tension, and not to mention he's got a bit of an issue with Zivic. He sees Zivic as annoying and loud, and possibly racist. However, this is purely from an IC standpoint. OOCly, I have no issues with the player! -1 or not, I still appreciate this sort of feed back. I may end up tweeking Szsk's attitude a bit if needed before he moves up to command. Thanks again!

Being a part of Command staff always offered a variation of RP from the norm as standard jobs went. There was more.. I think the word I'd like to use is options. I always wish to be a part of the upper echilon that helps move things forward. Keeps things interesting for the crew/players. Why did you come to Aurora?: I came to Aurora due to a friend's suggestion to the server. That and the HRP setting is what I enjoy when playing SS13 most of the time. Have you read the Aurora wiki on the head roles and qualifications you plan on playing?: A few times over, yes. Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they? Over the course of my five to six years on the server, I've received notes, warnings, and bans including a perma-ban. I was allowed to rejoin the server on the grounds that I did not get any notes from the time of approval. I have stayed within the lines of community and server rules and will continue to do so. It's been four months without any issues. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph each. Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Roleplay is about exploring your imagination in a setting outside of reality, most times. Making a story, interacting with outs. The acting out of the part of a particular person or character. I believe roleplay should be about having fun with others, enjoying a story thats already written, or to be wrote. The limits to roleplay should only be the limit of creativity a person has. I've always found that in any given roleplay situation on the server, it's never the same thing. Always different for myself and others. What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: The OOC purpose of a head of staff should be the ability to drive roleplay in a effective nature for the crew. You're expected to do so and held at a high standard in doing so. Any head of staff should have the ability do this. Additionally you're meant to bring coordination to whatever team you're leading and know your role well. CE for example should know how engineering works rather well, and be able to deal with stressful situations regarding engine failure or other large issues. Their job depends on the former. It's also about understanding when to step into a situation or just overwatch and let the team you're leading handle things. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: I believe Command staff are responsible in helping others learn if they need help. Teaching interns/apprentices/cadets. Even your regular staff in round. This and again helping to move a round forward for the others if it's needed. Could you give us the gist of what is currently happening in Tau ceti and how it affected your character and their career? I think the biggest thing that's happened at this point in time is the formation of the SCC. All these huge megacorps moving into a... Heck I dunno, gigacorp? Heh. I will say Szsk is a bit wary of it, as it appears to be driven by a rather unexhaustable greed. He's concerned how this may affect him and others later on, if anything bad comes of it. He's from Moghes, so he's not entirely in the loop about everything, but he's got an idea. What roles do you plan on playing after the application is accepted? I will be bringing back my IPC Head of Personnel, Jarvi, and eventually, when Satak's old enough and has done a good bit of engineer time, Chief Engineer. I won't be promoting Szsk due to suggestions from other community members on his behavior ICly. I feel it's too soon for him, and this may come at a much later date down the road when he's matured enough to be considered. Characters you intend to use for command or have created for command. I was Officer Szsk during that round. During the round, lethals were only cleared once the wizard had rather quickly murdered at least three people, and leaving one other person unable to play. Given they had a scrying orb, I cannot possibly understand how they thought it was a good idea to murder at least 90% of the crew with zero medical. As stated by Mel, ISD moved to detain, not kill. Myself and Takano used disruptors and batons without harm intent and were met with fireball spam and bats. I can understand as an antag, causing conflict is a part of the role but I cannot stress enough the lack of medical or let alone the lack of force we applied in detainment. At the end of the round only two visitors were left alive out of at least 9-10 people.

I have played a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot of rounds with Mel, seen her RP, seen her go from community member to staff and have enjoyed rounds with her in it as Command staff. I have zero doubt in my mind she'll excel at being a stinky lizard. Big ol fat +1

I have no excuses or explanations for my notes. Each of them was a mistake I made over a course of my time on the server. Why it took so long for me to get a ban? I don't know. Probably due to how spread out the incidents were. Abusing my mod powers I was warned about. I'm not perfect, I make mistakes like anyone else. But I honestly believe that I can avoid these errors made from here forward. I have some mental issue that affect me. And I've recently made adjustments to my life that have helped me to make decisions in a better way than before. All I'm asking is for one last chance. Thank you for considering.

I ignored fear/pain RP and disregarded the server rules. I've made sure to take the time to reflect on my mistakes made during my ban. I wanted to appeal for this ban earlier however I don't feel like I had taken enough time to consider why I did what I did. To the staff, I apologize for abusing the rules of the server and your trust in me as a player to adhere to them. I had been playing on the Aurora server for a few years and knew better than to behave in such a manner. To the player/s I offended, I apologize for ruining the round for you. I will be better than that. I will follow the server rules to a T should this appeal be accepted.
