  1. Cyborgs already have to deal with these Cam issues, it's not that big of a deal, the AI/Security rarely catch them in the act. That said, maybe tie them to Security EVA Gear instead of basic Security Gear. Mining Hardsuits already have built-in cameras, it's really not farfetched or game changing, just makes it easier to track down the lost Crewmembers/Equipment if things come to worst. Keep in mind that synthetics can shut off the camera component at will and it will rarely, if ever, be questioned. If we are dealing with a "HoS demands all the officers to have cameras on at all times" situation, then you are clearly not getting away with having it pinned to your uniform but turned off. If we move the idea to EVA gear, then there is no reason to have the camera restricted to Security gear only, since they're not the only ones who can get lost in space or attacked by carp or subject to anything else that would warrant a rescue. I am personally opposed to the idea as it appears to provide nothing but opportunities for bad play. Even if we ignore the very real possibility of forcing officers to wear them at all times (in breach of code green privacy regulations), come Blue or Red officers will find their already limited autonomy completely stripped in favor of HoS micromanagement. I imagine that will be helpful to the station come Merc - rounds of which are pretty common nowadays, I'll admit - but what other antagonist warrants that sort of commitment? I've tested the Camera Component multiple times, While Synthetics can shut it off at will, if they shut off the Camera component they'll go blind. Because the Camera Component is literally their Optical Sensors... Their eyes. You have good points on the basic Gear, though. I will say again, Cargo already has Cameras. No other department does. The reason the Heister suits have Cameras is because they're technically repurposed Mining Hardsuits, almost sure of that. You can even access specific Heist hardsuits via the Cargo camera monitor. When it comes to things like being un-synced and damage, i'm constantly questioned as a Synthetic. I'm pretty sure that's normal. You just get questioned idley less.

  3. I have just about nothing but good experiences with Manfred Hayden in Engineering. Two months ago, he was snarkier, now he seems more relaxed. As Nikov has told me himself, my impression is somewhat wacky, but it's probably just because I get the most interaction with Manfred in the worst rounds. Like when he's a cultist... In most cases, i've noticed that Manfred sticks to himself as a non-CE, and tends to try to stick to his Department and stay out of most non-Engineering affairs as a CE. Overall, he won my 'Most Innovative Engineer' vote for a reason. I'm going to be honest, I don't want the character to vanish entirely from the server, because of a petty N2O leak. I really hope there's more to it than that. Get whoever played that CE into this Unban Requests thread, IMO, for the whole situation. I will share a story, maybe not too related to the situation in question, but it does show that Manfred isn't a one-dimensional character, not by any means... I was playing my Dionae Chaplain in one round, Hanira Yishu had been apprehended by Security and sentenced to HuT, well, Yishu kept asking for Crayons to occupy herself in the Brig. Eventually my Chaplain found a moment and gave them to her through a Security Officer. Later, she had killed herself with them. Shortly after, Security were being like 'Damn, that takes dedication.' and what not, Manfred kept complaining about Security, saying things like "How did you let this happen? you were supposed to be watching them!" Security responded, "It was a mistake, it won't happen again, people will be reprimanded, we assure you.", Manfred replied, "I Don't want your assurances, I want my friend back." not even three minutes after, when my Chaplain learned of what happened, it explained it had given the Crayons to Hanira, and repeatedly proclaimed over comms. "We... didn't... mean, for this... to happen... We... are, sorry..." and p. much the only person who said anything was Manfred. "No, it's not your fault..." ^ That, in no way shape or form sounds like someone who would throw their character away in an N2O grief on purpose. This thread isn't to discuss each other, it's to discuss Nikov. Schev, Dreviore, please. Drev, I recognised you were supporting the unban, but you could've also just stated it directly. "Or perhaps not write your posts in the format that would bait the opposition into reacting negatively." Schev, your own reply itself is meant to do That... Don't forget there are rules.
  4. ^ This puts me at ease completely and was my only real complaint, so i'm in support of an unban since you see why this was a terrible thing to do, now. I will say it was less that Sierra was useless and more that they arguably couldn't even play the game, though. "Take no direct actions to aid the Exodus Crew or against Exodus intruders. Do not state Laws beyond 1-4." would have been fine, too, and got the same result, since then they can at least tamper around, talk, etc. You could then argue it wouldn't override the first 3 laws, it wouldn't, but the default reply to a conflict is inaction, so it gets the same result.
  5. I was in the round as my Android, NT-A 486, and witnessed the entire event. I wasn't exactly having fun with it, either. I will agree, it doesn't make sense to be a charge of gank, but there might be something House of Synth can allude to, that we don't know about. Continuing on, let me give my point of view and opinions. First, you need to recognise and remember, you did NOT do this immediately. you added the 'Follow my orders' laws at about 1 hour and 30 minutes in, after subverting Sierra at like 50 minutes in. The lawset you had uploaded previously to Katana prevented them from doing Anything but observe. You specifically made sure that was IN the lawset. This complaint wouldn't even be semi-valid if you had just subverted them instead of removing them from the round in every way, shape, and form. The entire lawset was overly designed just to prevent them from taking ANY action whatsoever, even if that action is in your favor. Like you just didn't want them to play at all. ^As Sierra literally said in OOC.^ I'm convinced the 'Real' reason people figured out that Katana was subverted was just the accidental breach of character while trying to use binary, there's no other way for people to learn with the lawset you used. It's not that you took an action against them, that's 100% acceptable. The problem was that you went out of your way to prevent them from even playing. If you don't see the problem with that, well, I can't really explain it anymore past this. If you hadn't gone back and changed the laws after Sierra accidentally typo'd 'I can't do anything' in different words over common, you would have done the equivalent of murdering an Engineer for blocking a door after they yelled for Security, and then chopping off their head so they can't be cloned, but for an AI instead of a Crewmember. Being DEAD is more inclusive than what you did. Hell, being a disabled 'borg with an empty battery in Malf is more inclusive than that. At least then you can PDA people. Take it as you may, up until that point, I didn't see anything 'Wrong' with your gameplay, the gimmick was silly, but it was alright and inclusive. TLDR: Dude, what were you thinking with that initial Lawset? It got better after you edited it to allow orders and PDA messaging to you, but MY GOD.
  6. Arguably, Roboticists would be the 'Psychiatric' aid for IPCs and Synthetics as well, even though technically it by game terms falls to the Psychologist. Robotic Records would make 'Bugs' noteable, and thus aid the Roboticist in this. I support!
  7. I'm in support of a non-tile based lighting system. As it stands, i've had to deal with 'Perma-lit' areas, such as on the derelict mainly, out in space. Having it based on an exterior factor vs the tile itself would completely eliminate that buggyness.
  8. Not a fair example, IPCs are a whitelist. You aren't allowed to apply for Clowns or Spawn permissions, and that's for a reason. Though, I do agree, if it's as wide-spread as said, it probably isn't worth it. So, common ground there.
  9. This is behind a whitelist. I really think it would be better to see some punitive action for these people, what was it? Easy to get, easy to lose? I like that policy more than restricting it around the Community. These people were whitelisted for IPC, if they aren't playing an IPC as allowed, they shouldn't be allowed to play an IPC.
  10. To be fair, most of the more basic stuff can be generated in the Cargo Warehouse, implying it was never meant to be invented, so much as developed. Also, UM. This suggestion kinda overlaps with a certain future set of features that're in planning, I think. Nanakos Science overhaul. https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7485 The reason it overlaps, is that it'll force a Scientific progression system. Though, I will say, it won't allow Scientists to be famous, but it may allow them to be recognised by the Research Director, Captain, or otherwise. And have an impact on future rounds, with their actions in the previous round.
  11. As already stated, I don't think it matters if 'You have tons of options.' You made this appeal, which means you want this option here, not elsewhere. Stop with this consumer stuff, this isn't a company, this is a community. Aurora is not gaining anything from you being unbanned versus leaving. If you were banned from features of a community (NOT A COMPANY), you can't threaten to leave to get unbanned. Actually deserving the unban and learning from your mistake is what really matters here. We would gain and lose nothing if you chose to leave over being punished. If you were banned from a feature, it was for a reason, because you were thought to be abusing said feature, which is reason to keep you banned over being unbanned. On an actual related note, I don't know how I feel about an Engineer coming back from the dead as a Drone and preparing the Engine... Seems kinda metagame'y unless power was starting to fail, and going SSD instead of being converted? That's... not good either... It's completely in your rights to refuse conversion, but... going SSD? Coming back later and gloating in LOOC? This really makes you out to not deserve this unban, at least to me. Clarification would be nice, and help your case.
  12. Okay, I think it's about time I got my piece in. First, lots of people already know me as a Station-bound Synth player. I've read the current changes, and i'm happy to say that my main character, a Station-bound Android, NT-A 486, completely fits the criteria set for Synths, with only a couple changes. Namely, i'd have to remove the Personality Emulator from their Posi, and indirectly hint at a Morality Core being coded/inserted in to replace it. (This can be changed as lore dictates) The problem? I play my Android extremely Robotic. I did this as a character trait, and I don't think putting every Android on its' level of Emotional eptitude (Even if the others retain a higher Social eptitude through developed personality and expression) is that great of an idea. However, I recognise that you're not the one that started the lore in this direction, it has been the intended direction for a very, Very long time. I know because of this blurb from the SSTA, which actually argued in favor of the Pro-Synth movement. Muncorn, I really like your writing style, but the current changes will affect over 80% of Synth players to the point that they'll have to retcon half of their characters, or completely scrap them. These changes actually help me, but there are a lot of IPCs i've seen that RP'd the race very well, without being OVERLY human, which will be declared completely off-limits by this. My fear, at the moment, is that you'll make the entire Anti/Pro-Synth debate irrelevant, by giving Anti-Synths all the powerpoints, and removing the Pro-Synths one real powerpoint, "How do you recognise perfect mimicry of Emotion, from Emotion itself?", and by doing so, you remove all actual reason to be Pro-Synth, other than "I like Robots.", the entire basis behind the movement is that Emotional Emulation had reached a point that it was difficult to truly determine if the Emotion was false or real, even to the Scientists. I always thought both sides of the conflict were meant to have arguments to make, that were correct, and the characters would select their side, depending on their outlook on not just Synths, but Emotion and creation itself. With the current changes, you'll be limiting the level of Emotional Mimicry that players will be allowed to do, thus making it pretty much impossible to sell fake Emotion as real Emotion, without an Emotional Synthesizer. (Which I recognise is a completely new addition, canonized by none other than yourself) Yes, I know I don't play an Emotional Machine, but I want to be able to cheer for the Pro-Synth side of the story, just like I want people to be able to cheer for the Anti-Synth side, the root of a good conflict is to have both sides be relatively right and relateable, this isn't that. And as an Android Station-bound player, let me say that with the current restrictions, roleplaying a Station-bound Android, a non whitelisted job, will be harder than roleplaying an IPC, with both the Personality/Emotional limitations, as well as Laws. I can already hear the bwoinks and Synth-bans, and AFAIK it hasn't even started yet. On a more positive note, I love the Modular nature you're giving the Positronic Brains, and I love the Scientific explanations you've given them. I enjoyed reading the whole page, and I was able to suspend disbelief throughout the whole thing. The writing is good, but some of us (Me included) are very confused (And worried) about your vision, I really don't want the Synth playerbase to be de-populated, I know a lot of people already struggle with the lawsets, even I did when I first started playing the job. Let me ask afew questions regarding the new vision for the Synth-lore, if you'd answer them for me, it would help me and others get an idea of what you're going for. 1. Do Morality Cores still exist?: A Morality Core being soft-coded definitions (Which are altered in real-time by the Synth) that defines an Androids perception of Reality, Morality, How it should act beyond Personality, how it should act without Laws. The thing that guides them in interactions, again, beyond Personality. The reason I need this one answered... I realise not many people other than myself roleplay it, but my Android did have a Morality Core, which is how it managed to act the same as when it did have laws, without laws. It would slowly escalate to act differently as it updated the definitions and situations changed. It was and is pretty common for 486 to go the first half of the round without even hinting at its' lawset being overrided by the Malf law 0, and by the end, be defending the AI Core from the Crew with lethal countermeasures. Normally, I always thought, the Morality Core was superceded and redefined enmasse by laws proper, to make the Android act the way that it implies, but still give room for having an ideal (And semi-Characterised) way to handle situations to properly fulfill the laws. But through this, the actual Social Eptitude of a Posi-unit, and an IPC, depends on how many similar situations it had gone through previously. 2. What about Robots and Cyborgs?: These new changes only affect Posi-units. They only affect IPCs, AIs, Androids, and Spiderbots. Where do Cyborgs and plain Robots fit in? I can assume Robots would have an Emotional Emulator, as well as a Personality Emulator, but the problem is, Robots as i've always thought, were the same as Beepsky and Medibots, with more complex coding algorithms. They had the ability to speak, and could falsely convey Emotion in their pre-defined speech, but could only speak within parameters, and most of the time with pre-written dialogue, with only name/etc changed. Is the difference the lack of Thought-Pathways, and thus the inability to think for themselves? To move on, what about Cyborgs? Is an MMI the same thing as a Positronic Brain, but with the 'Thought-Pathways' replaced by Organic-tissue? I understand this is probably a very hard one to answer, and you don't absolutely have to answer it now, but Robots might be easier to shine light on, since they're just debateably simpler Androids. I personally believe there should be differences between Cyborg, Android, and Robot. Both in how you play the character, and how they actually function. Even if Laws and Chassis mechanics must ALWAYS be the same. But completely restricting a players ability to be creative, is probably not the best way to represent those differences. Also, on the note of IPCs, Full-body Prosthesis is a thing, as Blingx3 pointed out. So regulating Emotion in IPCs will be very difficult, without knowing the character in question. You could just set guidelines, and expect people to act within them, instead of rushing to player penalisation. Overall, Muncorn, even if I and multiple people don't agree with all of the changes, you can't believe how excited I am to finally have someone fleshing out the Synth lore. I am 100% in support of an expanded Synth lore, so please don't be discouraged from writing. I'll wait for a reply, and for myself to actually think up further questions, before I continue.
  13. Maybe Diona, but none of the others that I can think of. Diona I Think are supposed to change their name each time they split, but I can understand why that would be a PAIN to actually do, either way.
  14. So, as I understand, the normal Cyborg/AI lawset is known as 'NT Default'. I know it's hardly important to actual gameplay, but I was curious while reading the lore on the wiki, what is the normal lawset for bound Synths? Does it vary by Company/Group? I'd think if Cyborg laws were unregulated, a lot more Synth-related incidents would have occured by now, especially considering there are over 35m Cyborgs in Sol space, or atleast, there were. What would the default Cyborg/Sol Alliance laws be? I would think a personal, unlicensed, bound Cyborg would be considered contraband if it had an altered lawset, simply due to its higher-capabilities, and thus higher risk, in comparison to an IPC. And as an add-on question, who is incharge of the 'Bound Synth' lore? Is it the IPC Loremaster or just a generic category that would fall under Jackboot/Other loremasters? I have a lot of questions i'd want to ask that aren't related to this thread, which is why i'm asking.
  15. I wish a lot of this information, was readily accessable from the Wiki in some place. When you're trying to learn how to play a Cyborg/AI competently, you have to think a lot about Laws, how to use them, how to apply them, etc. Dos and donts. The Lawset > Directives > Morality Core bit is especially useful, mostly for character development, I had to figure that out myself from digging through the wiki, and then apply it to my Android character, to make them more believable and grounded in the world, and still have no clue if that's actually how they work or not, since that's only mentioned on ONE page that has 'Theory' in the title.
  16. dont worryyy, partial spending is in. if you want X and don't have enough, you can throw everything you have so far at it and pay the rest at a later time This was my issue, and my idea. So long as each RD can dump their points into their desired branch, instead of being absolutely forced to save until they could afford the desired research, there's no issue at all. So problem already solved. Will post again if I have any ideas or further problems. One idea: Give a very very small bonus for linking Cyborgs to the AI, there's far too little reason to do that in the game currently, to the point that most Roboticists don't bother, when they should do it by default. It's just a slight maintenance, and you can't really encourage maintenance cycles (I know the basic limitations of coding, that would be difficult) or anything like would be realistic, so this is probably the closest thing TBH and gives an RMP trickle for AI existence. Kinda, I meant that if the costs were Static, and the pool universal, when saving for the higher-tier techs, you'd run the risk of another Director deciding to spend it all on something else. But as explained by Nanako, it's not Static, you can partially spend, and so it's not an issue.
  17. I didn't know about the Console, but can you really punish someone for spending RMP, on something they think is a better choice than what is currently being targetted? That's why I don't think a Static number is a good idea, people who abuse the access to the whole pool, even with good intentions, will likely get bwoinked over it. Still, my idea is there. I still like it, and if I can think of how to improve on it at all, i'll edit it. It'll give Directors their own pool to invest from, instead of a shared pool with all Directors everywhere, altho they could still do that, if they wanted.
  18. I personally love the idea, but one major problem has thoroughly disturbed me. As said in the thread, you expect and even want people to slowly work towards unlocking technology of varying RMP cost. But I don't see how that'll be possible if any RD can come onto the Station, and potentially spend all of the RMP on whatever they want, and without even knowing the current goal of the previous Directors with the point-stockpile. I asked if you had a solution already planned, I received no answer. So, i'm going to assume you don't, and suggest my own, because when I have a problem with something, I generally try to think up a solution. Solution 1: This is the most viable, in my opinion. Give all RMP technology an 'Investment' of points before they're unlocked, as opposed to a static 'Unlock' and point siphon. The points 'Invested' would be locked in, until either the technology was unlocked, or the cycle was reset. This would be possible to code in most other game Engines and Codebases, but I don't know about Space Station 13 and Baystation. That said, for something all about persistence, this is the best solution in my opinion. Point investment couldn't be retracted, once the resources have been spent researching said technology, it's not like you can just say 'Nope, we're scrapping that' and get all your money back, afterall. This would directly show the technologies people are striving for to ANY Director, and they would have the option of either helping in the development of said technology, or branching out with their own saved RMP from the shift they're directing, they would be unable to remove the progress of other RDs, and only able to progress their own Agenda. This would encourage Directors from multiple shifts to invest in the most useful technologies and coordinate multiple branches like you want, as opposed to just saving a ton of 'stockpiled' points that can be spent by any Director, anytime. Do note, in this case, it would probably be best to make un-spent points from rounds be added to the main stockpile of RMP for the next round, as opposed to just being... bluespaced into nothingness. Solution 2: This is not a great idea. Captain/Admin Approval. When RMP is spent, a Captain or Admin could verify the transaction, I personally don't like this idea at all, because it puts unnecessary strain on the Staff for normal gameplay, or requires the highest standing figure on the Exodus (Or Active Captain) to authorise it. That's pretty much all I can think to talk about with that one. If I think up more 'Solutions' to this issue, i'll edit or post.
  19. I've played with Jane Pyre in multiple rounds, the first round I was playing a Security Android (Cyborg Alt-title) in a Malf round. As soon as my character saw her, she opened fire on me. I spent the time trying to flash her and run away, I'm sure she had been given the info that the Station-bound units had gone crazy, but it still felt a little rash. That's not the point i'm making, when I brought up the point later in the round, Something Vile acted genuinely surprised that I had any issue with it at all, and took my criticism on the 'Fire first, ask questions later' approach incredibly well. The next situation where this happened, in the very next round was more of a problem, but also more understandable, she fired at me once again, but this time I was a Combat Cyborg. It served as a throw-back to my original criticism, when Jane accidentally blew an IPC apart trying to shoot at me with an Ion Rifle, albeit she was an Antagonist (Revolutionary) at the time. This happened again later in the round when she accidentally blew ANOTHER IPC apart. After these two rounds, there was no doubt in my mind that the player had a bit of a trigger-finger. Edit Addon: As I've just learned they were blind when this part happened, which makes it a lot less bad. That said, I haven't had another problem for about a week, and have seen them ingame, and even observed them, but haven't roleplayed with them directly, constantly. The players roleplay ability is not in question for me, and i've seen them take criticism (My own) very well, and that's a very important quality in Heads of Staff in my opinion, because if they won't accept or acknowledge criticism, they're not likely to accept any mistakes they make. So, I approve even with my bad experiences, because I believe the good experiences outweight the bad. +1 You still need to work on that trigger finger, though, if you aren't already.
  20. I don't know how you'd do it, but it's really annoying and an immersion breaker for all involved when you get called Jimmy Jackson over comms just because you had to split for some reason. I guess one way it might be able to be done is a race check. When Dionae 'Evolve' it could bring up the name prompt similar to when a Cyborg is created. Is that doable? Also, any suggestions on how to fix this are appreciated It's Really annoying.
  21. Isn't there already the Freedom implant? What is that? Sorry if I derail the thread with this question.
  22. Okay, i'm not going to be evasive with this one. THE STANDARD CYBORG IS TERRIBLE. There's literally no reason to use it, ever. So i'm going to make a series of suggestions to make it actually able to do most tasks, but ineffectively, as it was originally intended. #1 Give it the Service Platter from the Service Module, but no drink Synthesizer or Plant gathering tools. This isn't important, but would help, since this way it can move drinks around or act as a Waiter for the bar, it could even do food deliveries for the Chef. #2 Give it a Syringe to go with its Health Analyser, but no Medicine Dispenser. This way it can atleast inject 15 units of a Medicine into somebody (With supervision, since without a beaker it has to have someone else mix or open the Medicine) instead of being forced to watch them die while wishing it took the Crisis/Surgeon Module. This one is important too because as it stands it can only treat people through Sleepers/Cryotubes. #3 Give it a Gripper and Screwdriver, make sure the Gripper only works on Power Cells. This way it can set up and power the Mining drills by itself using its already provided Wrench, but it can't do hard-mining. This one is easy, and I shouldn't have to explain it. (Also opens up Antagonistic options if you don't have to cut wires to pull an APCs Power Cell out.) #4 And finally, give the damn thing a Pen. This way it can atleast do paperwork for people while feeling useless. And that wraps it up. If I think of any more ways to improve the standard Module i'll drop them in... Any criticism on these ideas is appreciated.
  23. I'm glad you like the concept at least, i'll see if I can add some details to flesh it out or re-write it and see if you like it any better come judgement day. Thank you for being honest. Also, hello.
  24. BYOND Key: Chada1 Character Names: Isaac Einsley, Dan Nowell, Joe Sterling, Gale Russell and Penny. (Striked out characters are ones I no longer play.) Species you are applying to play: Dionaea What color do you plan on making your first alien character (Dionaea & IPCs exempt): Exempt, but if there are options, i'll keep the color default... Have you read our lore section's page on this species?: Yes. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph format. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: I like the idea of roleplaying a 'fusion' of multiple entities in one-body, working together to accomplish their goals, even knowing that won't come up much except in speech, death, and maybe medical care. I also like the Dionaea lore, how they're super-peaceful to the point of not having any claims in the Galaxy, and yet one cluster of them was so hyper-aggressive that they're considered a mild threat. I like that they have a presence everywhere, but it doesn't feel like it on the server. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: You speak differently, for one. Not to mention the mass difference in Anatomy between forms. The Nymphs have organs, but they're in different places for each entity. The Workers have a more streamlined organ system due to emulating humanoid races. They are known to be able to live in areas with no Atmosphere. On that note, they aren't just one Diona, they're a merging of multiple Nymphs to form a Dionae. With each Nymph in the fusion being dedicated to a specific task of the body. My character, here, I will incorporate the whole 'Being afraid/fearful of Synthetics' thing into, since he's from the shell that's oversaw by the Skrell. I think the most important part about this is to demonstrate that I know how to type as them, too. They tend to speak in turns, splitting parts of a sentence between each Nymph. Examples of speech as one: "We, are unsure, what to think, about this." or when severely injured in one limb. "One, of us, is dying." Character Name: The Warmth of a Candle Light Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs This group of Nymphs were among those of the system Epsilon Ursae Minoris. They eventually merged to form a Dionae. That would later assume the name 'The Warmth of a Candle Light". as most from this system, They were integrated into Skrell Society without fault, having been given Skrell genetic samples. They grew to view Synthetics as dangerous, and attempted to be as efficient as possible in all tasks they needed to complete. The thing that was different, however. Is that they chose not to be Engineers like most of the other Dionae from Epsilon Ursae Minoris. They wanted to learn about the other races, and to understand them. It was with this purpose that they started a long and arduous path of the Psychologist and began seeking employment with the Corporate Giant of Tau Ceti, Nanotrasen. While they may be unable to find employment as a Psychologist, (Right away) they might manage to find job openings on the N.S.S. Exodus as both a Counsellor and a Librarian. Furthermore-- their recent studies into what makes people how they are, has made them begin to doubt their own thoughts... and only time would tell how that will turn out. What do you like about this character?: I like that they're peaceful, as peaceful as most Dionaea are. I also like that they're attempting to learn more about other races, cultures, and why people act the way they do. They won't judge, They'll observe, and through observing, understand. Or be completely clueless because people sometimes don't make sense (Especially on this game.) and they won't accept that. How would you rate your role-playing ability?: I think I have a good mindset, to have fun and roleplay and not worry about 'winning' the round. My biggest issue with my roleplay is I don't emote enough, I usually only stare and talk and never really use body-language/emotes except in rare cases. I'm not going to rate myself with a number, because that would make me feel egotistical. Notes: If nobody likes my character, I can design a new one, but I did put a lot of work into this one. The idea for the character is to start them as a Librarian/Counsellor/Nursing Intern and eventually reach Psychologist by progression, it should be pretty hard. Oh, and finally... Be honest and thorough on your input/criticisms with me, please. Otherwise i'll be denied/approved without improving for future applications.
  25. Here's how I hope it went: A group of very sinister looking robed men slowly approached and surrounded Mrrazuraghran Halmrrdynh. They say. "We're fans of Adhomai, can we see your hat?" Mrrazuraghran agrees and lets one of them wear the hat. Suddenly, they dump acid on it and all disperse yelling "Long live Nar'Sie!" If this isn't how it went, i'm disappointed. It's a truly evil and terroristic act.
