Not gonna lie, I've always wished for a HoS hardsuit since I just love the concept of hardsuits as a whole, but I do understand the issue in terms of balance. Though I think a voidsuit is not an issue. I gave a few pointers to Kyres over this, the gold outline was in response to the HoS uniforms which some have a gold outline to it.

No that is not what that means. Having authority over a specific situation does not make them the same as command. They are expected to hand control back after they kill the ninja teleporting behind people. The role is not going to be whitelisted for reasons i have already stated. Voting for dismissal. Seconding this dismissal. Adding variety to response teams is something more for the developer team.

Seeing as the lore team clarified the events that led to this and their overall negative reception to the thread. In addition to Lance essentially retracting this. Going to bin this.

We already have sections on the forum of this. If this isn't mandatory, why is this a policy suggestion? I don't see the point on this. It seems more suited if you would start something on the forums and let others join you.

It's very rare for a person to get a 3rd chance let alone a 4th one. You've exhausted your chances for a long while. I also disagree with your assessment on your error. It became an issue when you tunnel visioned as an AI to basically valid hunt regardless to your laws and what is actually known and by that virtue, metagamed. If you really want another chance, I'm willing to give you one if you appealed next year after having been active on the other servers without causing issues. For now, appeal denied.

Not my appeal but I feel the need to say a few things here. You've been given a lot of chances. I'm not sure what another chance would do. What other servers have you played on?

Multiple bans, two of which have been permanent. I've checked with Yog and they have nothing indicating you've improved your tendencies and attitude. Appeal denied.

The issue is those items. Those are when you went to storage, were lost to your replacement. It's like a Chief Engineer going to storage with their hardsuit or a Captain with their spare. I believe I was around for this round in particular. This is the rule in question. Why didn't you adminhelp your inability to proper store yourself? Exceptions to this rule are for people that lost connection to their server. If you cannot reasonably and proper store yourself, you should contact staff.

I've been specifically asked to provide feedback, the honest kind so here we go. Antag bias. This is not something I think you can refute at all. Not long ago you went on a rant about how you were forcefully cyborgified during a malfunction round, where there was a ton of build up and publicity to the intentions of the AI. It wasn't something that was a gank in the least or anything, it was well built up. So you went on a rant in moderator chat and then entered storage. Had I not been specifically playing, I'd have most likely intervened. Your resignation. Again, being honest here. Your resignation was us pushing you out of the door. I researched the specifics and you apparently only placed 10 entries, your activity over a long period of time was simply unacceptable to the point your existence was forgotten. You argued you took questions, but we all do. Pulling your weight is important. Blame game. You blamed me for ruining your enjoyment to the game due to decisions on one of your character, who did NOT align with the rules on numerous occasions. This is an extension to your topic of activity, as the blame for your inactivity was partially placed on me. Interpreting things how you want. It's relevant to the above but you basically interpreted things how you wanted it to be, even though you were present in our discussions and have been part of staff for a long period of time, to the point where I had to intervene as a Head Administrator to tell one of my Secondary Administrators to stop rule breaking activity. This did not please me at all, and even when it was brought to the rest of the team per my suggestion, the staff were in agreement with my judgement. There were a lot of excuses by you which didn't align with the facts. Now, that being said, I am still fine with you entering a trial if the above is not going to be a problem. At one point you were consistent with your activity, you were around but when it came to work, it felt there was little done by you, especially in the last 6 months. I'm not sure if I can ever support your nomination to administration should the trial be given and you pass it.

Considering this was a "fuck you", so by extension an intentional and malicious act. I'm disappointed that you felt it necessary to stick to formality and waste our time. Regardless of what first impressions I got from this, I still reviewed everything you had to say, the other posts and relevant material to the decision of the strip. Along with this, even though this seemed like an easy case, I still put in that extra effort of sleeping and considering it again the day after, double checking some of the material. So honestly at this point this feels like my time was intentionally wasted along side everyone else involved, and for that I'm disappointed. Locking and archiving.

This might come off as blunt, but I feel this is the best way to really describe my thoughts. It my belief after hearing of this, the way you've mentioned wanting to quit the server, and the way you've spoken to others about how you didn't care about the suspension of Marc Price, that you're just doing this to push the boundaries and by extension really egging us on here. If we're going to touch on what is possible, then every character concept thought of is possible, but that doesn't make it permissible. Not really sure how to phrase is in a more cordial way, but you're just intentionally pushing the boundaries here and got your whitelist stripped as a result. Perhaps you thought you'd get a slap on the wrist for this instead of a whitelist strip, so maybe you're shocked at it. You could argue how they're technically different people, but your intent here seems fairly clear to me and other people I've spoken to. It's gotten to the point where I've had to tell people to stop pinging you on discord because they think this whole ordeal is a joke and that you're just wasting our time. I did give this some thought and decided to sleep on it, don't even think there's much more to be said. My verdict is that the strip remains, and considering this is an early verdict, I'll let the complaint sit for 48 hours instead of the normal 24 before archiving it as resolved, unless something new is added.

So the main issue we found was with [mention]DickFreedomJohnson[/mention]. Mostly the sportsmanship with the trash talking in the ooc mediums as shown here. For that we are issuing a warning. Another issue, while somewhat minor is still an issue is that we also noticed that [mention]DickFreedomJohnson[/mention] seemed to not be entirely in tune with the team, and considering it's a team based antagonist mode. A bit too quick on the trigger, in the sense that shooting a person while asking people to surrender, when the rest of your team is showing restraint so they can actually capture those doesn't really give the best image. But I'm willing to assume this is a one off incident, so we'll be watching for future behavior. To further clarify, it looks like your team wanted to act one way and you sort of went against that. This really concludes the complaint for [mention]Flamingo[/mention] and I. If nothing is added in 24 hours, we'll lock and archive this as resolved.
