Redoing Vittorio's fun facts

-Vittorio has 6 siblings, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters, 1 older brother, 1 twin brother, 1 younger brother, 2 older sisters,

Their names in that order are; Gian Galeazzo, Giuseppe, Giuliano, Maria, and Giorgia

-Vittorio is upper class, being the son of an Imperial Senator (Europa III), being wealthy he is perfectly fine with traveling to Tau Ceti from his Vinyard in Europa III's Julian Province everyday.

Considering I've seen him as an internal affairs agent, you'll want to change that. They wouldn't /not/ check the records of an IAA.

I'm going to change it too Reuben Hoover actually changed his records and make it somewhat noticeable that he "edited" it
