Simply as the title says, add a verb or something similar to allow people who are resting to not be immediately shaken up when by the first person who thinks they are mechanically impaired. Something vague like "John Doe remains limp, unwilling to stand." would give a lot of leeway for what situations it could be used appropriately in.

I don't know what the thought process was behind making this change, but it's dumb.

Viral Infections are currently present in both the moderate and major event categories. If they're causing such a significant hassle for the crew, they could simply be restricted to the major category. I doubt they're causing more havoc than a major carp migration or blob.

If there was any reason to use them for their actual purpose they might.

Leg actuators for RIGs are unusually difficult to get when compared to jetpacks even though jetpacks can effectively make actuators redundant. I think RIG power scaling would be better paced if they started with actuators by default or if there was some other method of obtaining them aside from going through robotics. As it stands it's infinitely easier to just get a jetpack module which is essentially better in every way.

When spawning as a character with an implant you typically get the message "You feel a sudden surge of loyalty toward NanoTrasen" or something like that. Do you not get it when implanted?

As of a month ago, the windoor to the library was all access. So unless that's changed, anyone can still print books themselves. That said, being able to spawn with books would be nice.
