Except that, that is completely pointless. Your image confirms it. Click and can't connect? Server is kill. Clicked and connected? Server is alive. Simple. There's literally absolutely zero point in wasting dev time in making this light if you can just as easily open BYOND and try connecting. Before you say "What if I can't open BYOND?", then if you can't open BYOND, then you can't get on Aurora anyway. Simple.

Okay, two things: 1) Lets get some real answers here for your questions. Dea and I are not even going to consider your application with jokey answers like "Don't set your department on fire". 2) I think Haruspex would be fine as a CMO, and I like having superstitious personnel, but as a CMO I'm going to have to ask you to tone down his eccentricity if playing CMO. When you're doing things like making dress competitions against PARAGON or asking every personnel and heads of staff for their hands in marriage, that is sort of crossing the line. Behavior is a really important part of candidates for head of staff promotion. Basically, he can still be his eccentric/religious self, but not as ridiculous as he gets. He needs to go some serious workplace_behavior software upgrades, and become someone that would command respect in the workplace or something.

I have certain issues with your character.That issue being the fact that the character was held back four years (from what I'm picking up), is very overzealous (to the point where they sign up with complete strangers just to "HELP PEOPLE, GOD DEMANDS IT" there's religious silly like Haruspex, and then there's complete religious zealot like Alisa Keener), and was then working on an unregistered cargo ship that was then seized. Now, I have a question: Is this going to be your CMO? Because if so, Alisa Keener is definitely not head of staff material. Side note: I'm almost 100% sure holy water irl is just regular water... Can... Can I just ask why the heck people have bounties on their head to begin with? Normal people don't get bounties put on their heads ranging in the 10k-40k. o.O We literally have cargo technicians, officers, and engineers with extremely insignificant lives that have a bounty on their head. Does the Syndicate just decide "Fuck this random person. Lets put a bounty on their head." I can understand if it was made for fun, but it feels like it borders "super edgy character" territory if you can say that your quartermaster character has a 15k bounty on their head. Just my two cents from a player POV.

Time of Incident: 12:40 PM Location of Incident: Head of Personnel's office and Cargo Office. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: Around 12:40 PM, I was privately meeting with John Sarko, Station Engineer. He wanted to be granted access to the department's atmospherics division so that he can watch over it while an atmospherics technician arrived. I realized that his employment records had not been uploaded to the station's databanks, and I asked for him to step into my office. I closed the privacy shutters to my office so that I could meet with Mr. Sarko in private as I was going to gather information on his experience, degrees, education, etc. before forwarding it to the Nanotrasen Space Station Odin for confirmation of the information he had given me in order to discern intent through a double check of information. During the meeting, Jax Dwayne, Captain, called for over the command channel, simply stating that my privacy shutters were down. I notified him I was meeting in private with a station engineer, and that I did not wish to be disturbed. Given a minute, Jax Dwayne barged into my office as the Engineer was telling me about his education, and he (Jax Dwayne) started to force Mr. Sarko out of my office. I tried to stop him, but he was insistent on Mr. Sarko dispersing from the office, and then he told me that I was to immediately accommodate a Tajaran outside of my office to the interim Head of Security (keep in mind we were on code green at the time). I decided to comply due to not seeing any other short-term solution. It should be noted that during this time of getting the paperwork sorted out, I informed him he needed to sign, stamp, and index the forms as the supervising head of staff. While he was doing this, he stated that he hated bureaucrats and especially lazy ones; an off-handed insult directed at me. After this was resolved and the Warden promoted to Interim Head of Security, I called Mr. Sarko back into my office. He did so, and we started talking. When I asked him where he left off, he responded that he no longer wanted the additional access. The situation the Captain put us both in was embarrassing and humiliating (at best) for both Mr. Sarko and I. To better present Mr. Dwayne's refusal to do work, during the shift Mr. Dwayne ordered ballistic weaponry and ammunition from the Cargo Office without notifying the Quartermaster (this was prior to my arrival). He simply barged into the Cargo Office when Ms. Hice wasn't in the office at that moment. He ordered the crates, and dragged them away on his own before stashing them in his personal quarters. His reason for ordering the ballistic crate is unknown to me as I did not want to risk further harassment carried out by Mr. Dwayne, but his lack of communication, inability to seem approachable, and willingness to work is apparent. Hooooooooold on. This isn't favoritism. This is simply a result of how our MO goes when I first talked to you so long ago during that one alien event. Prior to this, you were talked to twice about powergaming. This was the third issue, and it meant harsher action was to be taken on next offense. On your next instance, your whitelist was removed, and you claimed you were "exiling yourself" from Science until you believed your behavior was fixed. We saw no reason to ban you from the server and/or Science, and believed that removing something you need to apply for again was punishment enough. In conclusion, there was no favoritism, just escalation of force. Get me?
