Your Skrell is 24, which leaves a gap of about 6 years (nevermind the education needed for robotics). I'd put your Skrell at a young age of about 49/50/51. A degree in the Jargon Federation is a mandatory ten years, and most Skrell complete 2-3 (so about 20 - 30 years after turning 30).
