I was hoping that we all could get together and play Civilization 5. Although, who here plays it?

I watch Anime. I play Steam games such as Civ 5, L4D2, Planetside 2. I also play Ps1 and Ps2 emulator games like Persona 4, Resident Evil 4 and Metal Gear Solid game titles such as Snake Eater.

I think I may be able to explain why this was IC reason from my perspective. I was using a secret transmission between me and Kikrakti on PDA. I was Captain Vincent LeChiffre that round. During my broadcast over the radio channel, I had attempted a peaceful offering trade between Voxes and Crew. Although, that crashed since we learned of the shaft miner being caught and never responded back. I received a PDA message by Serena Johnson whom identified themselves as the Kikrakti. I strongly assumed that Serena had died or ended up being slaves to Voxes. Kikrakti voiced to me that he did not want to be part of the crew that murders people. Kikrakti later apologized and asked to be spared out of the Voxes then she later cooperated at the same time as Jack (merc) was cooperating. Kikrakti, Jack, Mandy Blackwell and I had a huge RP to reach to a peaceful treaty in Head of Staff preparations. It fortunately worked out to be a successful peaceful treaty with Leader ERT, Specialist ERT, and Head of Security trying their hardest to valid the two which I told them to back off. Kikrakti, Jack, and myself gets to go N.T.C.C. ODIN unharmed. I'm sure that's all the explanation that matters for this. tl;dr Vox crew raids Captain's Office. Vox gets to shuttle. Shaft Miner finds and stumbles upon shuttle. Vox kills shaft miner. One Vox didn't like your methods and asked Captain for forgiveness. Vox defected and asked to be spared out of others. Sole merc thinks he lost everything wants to kill the vox crew. Captain steps in and spares the both. L/TPR, S/TPR, HoS gets angry at Captain and attempts to valid antags. Captain steps in and tells them to fuck off. Antags gets to go home unharmed. The End.

Don't take it the wrong way. You are very new to this station. I'll tell you what I've witnessed as Head of Security, Drake Bond. You had two violations in one day regarding your conduct as interim head of security trying to lash back at head of security who just took your spot. You need to face it, you're an interim head of security. You serve the position of Head of Security until Head of Security arrives then you step down. The first violation I have witnessed was you using meta knowledge to suddenly gaining the knowledge of what a nuclear authentication disk is. When I questioned how you knew about the disk, you responded to me, "because I am the head of security, it's my job to know about these stuff" along these lines. I later adminhelped. The second violation I've witnessed from you was you gaining the meta knowledge from prior round with officer Ravi Shah. I'll just put the screenshot here and let it explain for itself. I don't take too kindly to people who do not read the server rules, although I hate to pull a popular quote from Colonial Marines. Ignorance is not an excuse. The third violation was you ICing in OOC regarding the ninja in question being captured at the same time as the ninja being arrested. Note, this was mixed secret round. "OOC: RankdiRty: In my opinion if a ninja got arrested this fast it's his fault lol" These two concrete evidences are in game key: bPv-aAFW if the administrator wishes to investigate his skills as an Interim Head of Security. Just going to put this out again, you are new to this. Even your forum account says so. You don't have what it takes to be part of Command positions. I wouldn't personally want to work under Head of Security MacBride with these attitude.

This first time I've met Sophie Rifler, she had left a bad taste in my mouth with her attitude to tend to be bossy as a Warden. There were times when I was a security personnel that I've never wanted Sophie Rifler to become Head of Security because I couldn't tolerate her. Although, I've learned to tolerate Sophie Rifler a little more and getting used to Sophie Rifler. I'm going neutral on this.

I almost forgot that Mofo's application existed after I made a response to Synnono's application when I returned from Chicago. I'll just butter up the application whether this application is needed or not to receive wiki perms. Mofo has often engaged in in character activities such as 2015 politics of Mendell City as Gleb Plyukshkin. This shows clear understanding that Mofo has full understanding of the world outside of a box station (get it, think outside of the box), and portrays good knowledge of tajaran species. In his role as Tajara lore developer, he has great knowledge and capabilities of making effective wiki pages. The only downside I have noticed while on the job is Mofo's inflexible time, but that didn't stop him from completing his tasks as CCIAA with me. We eventually completed our duly responsibilities in our incident reports within a day. To conclude, Mofo has been a player long as I have been and I am willingly to trust Mofo to become a wiki developer. I'll fill out Avowal of Responsibilities for Mofo if I must. I can support Synnono becoming a Wiki Maintainer. Synnono is very strict on wording (which CCIAA loves), she also desires to have a clear message and understanding reach across the community. Consider her being active in her work as Central Command Internal Affairs Agent off-screen as a great advantage to being a wiki maintainer. She has corrected grammar mistakes in old template announcements from past years since establishment of Duty Officer (2014?). Take my support as you like. She likes Ace Attorney, which is a good thing!

He would prefer bringing his own clothing from his own than having to wear the usual lockers from his room. In the real world (on Earth) according to google, usually lab scientists wears a proper uniform with a tie behind their labcoat. Although, Research Director is more of an administrative position with the scientists, so he would prefer to wear his own. Item function(s): You wear it, as if it's an ordinary uniform. No armor. Nothing. Just an ordinary uniform. Item description: This collared uniform appears to be little wrinkled and the tie is a bit loose from the collar. The jean seems to be neatly straight with the leather belt attached. Item appearance: How will you use this to better interact with crew and/or stimulate RP? On one hand, he would seem to be formal looking and professional Research Director in doing his job to the general public however on the other hand he would appear to look more laziness to few scientists in his duty. Additional comments: Feel free to change description or tweak the .dmi appearance of the uniform to blend in better with the general icons or my grammar in item description, if you have a better way to word it, then you may do so. Very well. I shall hold my thoughts to myself and save it for a better time regarding Delta's failure to perform an accurate investigation listed in OP and points. While I appreciate your opinion at the same time, [mention]SHODAN[/mention] however I disagree with Delta's general behavior in the public as a moderator, sure it's alright to let yourself be free and be buddies with friends OOC. But it is not alright to be outright aggressive with people in the staff complaints, ban appeal, player complaint, anywhere on forums, or even on OOC on server. Want an example of this behavior? Delta becomes outright aggressive when I disagreed with Delta's opinion on OOC last night which escalated fast which prompted [mention]Sharp[/mention] to step in and tells the both of us to quit. I calmly quit and informs Delta quit. Guess what Delta did? Delta has spoken out against Aboshehab that Delta will not keep and kept on talking about her opinion. I could adminhelp it, but then Delta would see it and get fussed over it. So, I decided to wait and let Delta keep talking all she wants without getting involved and focusing on my round so I could bring it up when the timing is right. I suppose the timing is well to bring it up now. At this moment, I am awaiting an administrator/head admin to take reins and investigate and review the points that we have listed. Delta's points have pretty much been shot down and this reveals that he did not investigate into the situation and have failed to address more points.

You've mature enough since the last we've met (and I can tell from looking at your discord profile picture). I just noticed this detail part of the rules but I suddenly do recall in my argument with Delta that Delta has mentioned that I am whitelisted command, yes, and I'm expected to be a role model at all times with exception of non-antagonists, although the rule says differently, "Note that you are not expected to be a role model employee..." I am not wearing a tinfoil cap over my head, but I would like to say that Delta is possibly attempting influence the roleplay of Command Staffs into what he wants them to be like. Delta has already strongly implied that I have acted as a self-antagonists, but I would like the investigators to know that I am already antagonist banned and I already had a chat with Ricky_madenson in how to be a proper antagonist in order to make an effort in my roleplay.
