No kidding, we could do with a map of the station with pinpointers of "YOU ARE HERE" flashing in amazing yellow. We theoretically have the code for that. It's already used for the Medical Suit Sensor computer. But it's bugged because it uses the baystation map instead of ours.

New PDAs kinda look more like PDAs then the current ones, which look like high tech Tablets. But then again, we don't really use the PDAs like PDAs anyhow, more like lo-tech Tablets...

I am very happy this was solved in a happy hug-tastic manner. So, um, great work peoples. Solving problems via proper communications and learning from our mistakes (Hopefully). -
Re: Covert. Uaekis is a dick lizard, who is a massive dick. Seriously. 80-90% Phallus to body mass ratio right there. But he's chiller then Security Dick lizards Green and Red, but only just a little bit over Green, mostly over Red. You need to get more Security Lizards, so you can complete the power rangers theme. But yes, other than being an angry lizard who needs sensativey classes, he's cool. Vince is also cool, and on the, I'm willing to build stuff in space with list. Oh, and, um, if anyone wants to bitch about any of my characters, feel free.

Re: Cats The Jawdats are Mafia, and that's cool, but I'm not a fan of your Securikitty because they're a part of Security that needs to take sensatively courses. Re: Sam Mason Good at keeping bald chemists down and oppressed. Oh, and the way her speech impediment is getting better is nice character development. Re: Jakers Eh, I haven't seen enough of those particular characters. But James Brook hasn't done anything insane yet, like blow up the derelict, which is good, but hasn't done anything insanely awesome yet, like create a dual-singularity implosion accelerator to blow up the derelict, which is bad. Re: Homer Homer needs to like, slow down about that turtle. Slow and steady wins the race after all. I mean, I don't want to be seeing you belly up in a desert unable to flip yourself back, if Yertle catch my drift. I mean, it'd be a turtle-y difficult moral puzzle. Re: Eddie Clark Well, you should use the posting boards to store paperwork as an HoP or QM. All the cool HoPs are doing it. And I'm like, 45% sure that's just me and Jackboot, and 25% sure I was doing it before he was, so that makes me the coolest HoP. I think. Or that could be Echo, but Vampires don't count, since they don't have real blood.

Or, like, we could have a machinery that links up with all other machinery within range, and displays a menu of links for the controls of all connected machines. I mean, machine linking code exists already, and there wouldn't need to be any feedback from the seperate machines themselves, just that the Node detect and display the links to remotely activate them. But then again, I'm not a coder, so that's just my best guess.

I remember seeing the round were something like this was tried out. It was probably one of the more interesting Rev rounds. I would support a move towards having a more dynamic type of Rev without it being stupid.

Some people don't deserve to be the people they are, because sometimes, they don't want to. Some people, deserve to be who they are, because they won't be anyone else. But for people that want to be better people then they are, they just need a slight push onto a path. *Shrug* Eh, then again, I'm a horribly self righteous person, so there you go. But, Delta, you're not as bad a person as you think you are. Yeah, you did somethings you'd rather others forget, but we all do that. Even I've gotten Bwoinked a few times.

BYOND Key: Tenenza Character name: Alexis Shaw Item name: Honorary Doctorate Degree Certification In Xenoneurology Why is your character carrying said item to work? Because even though she doesn't like to admit it, Alexis Shaw is really proud that she somehow managed to earn a Degree. She really didn't expect to end up earning a Doctorate in anything originally, and considers obtaining said Degree to be a high point in her life and a symbol of how much she's accomplished. Item function(s): It's funtionally a Poster. It prints it's sprite onto the wall as a poster. Said poster follows the same rules as normal posters, in that it can be torn off. Examining it as a poster on the wall will produce it's Item description. Item description: An Honorary Doctorate Degree Certification in Xenoneurology, owned by Alexis Shaw. Appears to be from a St.Grahelm University, Biesel, and was awarded for contributions to, and excellence in the field of Xenoneurology. The watermarking indicates this is the authentic copy. Item appearance: Additional comments: This is the first time I've sprited something in two years, so if anyone wants to edit or do something completely from scratch, feel free.

Discworld, By Terry Pratchett. It's a wonderfully odd, surreal world that doesn't take itself too seriously, has beautifully written worldbuilding that never detracts from the story, is full of Wit and humour, and manages to keep it's characters well grounded and realistically written. It's a kinda like reading a slightly off-kilter generic fantasy world series, only with exceptionally realistic and believable characters, and watching as the characters and the setting slowly change and evolve, turning into something truly unqiue. Oh, and it's 40 books long and written by one guy.
-
Theses are actually very good. I can really see you put a lot of effort in these.
-
That sounds like how a D&D campaign usually goes when we're not taking ourselves too seriously. I await to see the point where they end up burning down a building while still inside it.

CKey: Tenenza Character Name(s)/Position: Alexis Shaw/RD,HoP,CMO Extra Notes: For when you want a head that won't jump straight to solving problems and instead focusing on keeping people alive and happy. Excellent for Tea Parties, Epic Experiments, Sexual Harassment Seminars, and (ab)using the Request Consoles to their fullest.

I'd like to Apology to you two for my LOOC rant earlier today. I have no excuses for inpolite and inappropriate behavior, and I hold no ill will to either of you. You just happened to be in the wrong place while I was in a horrible mood about Science, and I failed to control myself. I sincerely apologize for what I said, because neither of you deserved to be have to subjected to that. I'm sorry.

Didn't scopes do this before?
-
It was fun. We need to do this again sometime, defintely. Perfect place to run an extortion ring out of.

Re-adding objectives seems fundamentally flawed to me. The point of having objective less antags is to have more creative, unique, interesting, and less powergamey antags, among other things.

Just out of curiosity, what Heads have you enjoyed? And thanks for being willing to give me another chance. The recent Nations round with Crimson Auror comes to mind right now, although I can't remember the name of your other Head. It think it was also an HoS, but my memory isn't the best late at night.
-
I'm going to say that Xander has gotten better. Definitely. At the very least I can say that Xander's heads are no longer horrible, and at best I can say that I've had at least two rounds with a Xander head where I enjoyed their heads. Xander has improved. There is still room for improvement, but I'll say that I'm willing to give Xander another chance.

Eh, You can use any of my characters if you want.

I like to think people like the insane plans I attempt when I'm wizard. The insane existential scavanger hunt in exchange for wishes got good reception.

No one really knows the proper way to say "Tenenza", so I've got nicknames. Ten is pretty common. Enza too. Tenza apparently as well. Kingmat declares me to be literally Hitler.

I feel that being unable to be pushed in without at least a passive grab, and having a text notification like "You take a dive into the refreshing cool water, and get all wet!" would deter things. Currently it's just really easy to fall in, since it's in the middle of the room. Make it so that if you walk into the pool from a surrounding tile, you are pushed down similar to how climbing on tables used to work before the update. This, combined with a notification, would discourage walking into the pool. Maybe, we could like, just surround most of the pool with glass, with a few glass doors. Sounds easier to edit to, and makes accidently stepping out of the pool while doing Pool RP harder. Oh, and I guess we could get the AI to turn up the termostat to make the place a sona now.

I'm going to drop my two cents here and say something. Being an Antag shouldn't be a get out of jail free card, but making the game less fun for everyone else isn't acceptable action either. Yes, there are tons of stupid people, but it is absolutely no fun to just kill them and be done with it. Cuff them, arrest them, let the Warden do their job instead of sitting at their desk wishing for something to do, let the Detective interrogate them, tracking implant them, whatever. That's better then just shooting them dead, because honestly, doing all the little things and having something to do as Security other than patroling the halls, is actually pretty fun for some people. Realism shouldn't get in the way of creating a more fun experience for everyone. So yeah, instead of, say, charging into a hostage situation, Security negotiates while stalling for time, gets Cargo to order actual Sniper Rifles, and then sets up several shots from offscreen so the targets doesn't see what hits them, they get landed flat on their ass and stunned, and then the guys with Stun Batons come in and cuff them. Because that sounds way more fun to me. So yeah, Antags are there to create fun for everyone, and frankly a whole lot of them try really hard to do that. So, maybe don't give them a get out of jail free card, but at least give them the benefit of not being flat out murdered at every turn. Particularly for Antags that are creative and try something unique and different. It's their Job to help create fun, but you've got to at least meet them somewhat halfway. Particularly if you're a head, since it's your responsibility as well to make the round enjoyable.
