This being or not being in the load out ultimately changes nothing, other than letting you add more flavor to your character because your character is enough of a nerd loser virgin bookworm to bring their own copy. And if the windoor is decided to become access locked, alright, now if there's no librarian, you can at least read something rather than sit back and twiddle your thumbs until you see a unicorn. Or on the other hand, the windoor becomes access locked, there's no book in the loadout, and now the library database is functionally useless until someone decides to play librarian. You can argue it's the same issue as with the Bartender, but flasks didn't make the Bartender useless, and you see way more Bartenders than Librarians.

How about books? Picking one of the books that we have in the data library and maybe being able to choose their cover? Especially now that the library is glassed off and people can't get to the book printer.

Gonna complete pass on it being armored. Don't want you wearing non-sec gear during emergency situations at all. You can wear it on green, I guess, but in an actual Security situation, you need to be easily identifiable. No instruments. Apparently I've never put that in the custom item guidelines, but yeah, no instruments whatsoever. Not to mention she plays security. "she carries the guitar with her whenever she is able, for sentimental value, and some semblence of luck in this fancy system so far from home." I don't see why you would carry that with you on a job where it could definitely be broken unless you were going to keep it in your locker through the whole shift since it states "whenever she is able". Sorry that this took me a while. I've been getting run ragged at work this holiday season due to being short staffed. I reviewed the logs of all they did and even discussed the issue with another administrator as well. Considering how everything went down, I see no reason to punish the players in question. Is what they're doing silly to some degree? Yes. Is there a standard of RP that staff should enforce? Of course. Did they actually create some form of IC conflict in a non-antagonistic and realistic fashion that made you recognize it as well in your complaint? Definitely. I would not go as far to say that they were not acting like believable characters and won't be taking action against the players. Misbehavior is okay up until a limit, in my opinion, and they did not hit that limit. I'll be closing and archiving this complaint in 24 hours.

It would be a sealed/laminated wood. A lot of Vox things are kinda odd technologically, but I'd imagine it would be wood over what is pretty much a regular oxygen/nitrogen mask. It would have to be sealed like that because oxygen is poison to Vox. That makes a lot more sense. Application accepted.
