It's not. A Captain or HoP can easily make another command ID to summon ERT, and now there is usually one head who can get the spare to do that as well. I ALWAYS see ERT get called to supplement Security, even as HoS I've had Captains ignore me and summon it when I told them we could handle the issue.

Yes, I believe it was you and paradox that lamented on how mining should not be obligated to mine resources for science, and that you in fact frequently do not tell Science if any resources are available for them. While this may seem FINE in your books, I believe it's a very negative thing - you are outright taking the fun away from those that play in Science, because RnD and Robotics (the two main divisions of science) both require minerals to advance further into the realm of enjoyable things to do. As a Head Whitelistee, it is absolutely your responsibility to ensure that players get an equal chance at enjoying the round unless they're breaking regulations, being disrespectful etcetera, and in-game, Science is more important than anything on station, and your Heads or IAA should be incredibly invested in getting Science what it needs.

Skull's changed were interesting and fairly comprehensive, and I vehemently oppose 'rolling them back'. He worked hard on them. Some tweaking wouldn't be bad, though. I honestly didn't know chaplains were useless on vampire rounds now. Maybe some of those functions should be restored? But not the thing about walking into the chapel setting you on fire. That was stupid as fuck even back in old vamp, and now that the chaplain's office is basically a glorified janitor's closet and the 'chapel' is just a holodeck function, I don't see any reason why it should have particular potency. It's barely even a location of faith anymore. There's not even a chapel anymore like you said, it's just the holodeck - that removes one of the Chapel's best features , being a place of safety. Instead of it killing them, it should just stop them from using their vampire powers while they're on it. As well, null rod does nothing against vampire, despite vampire's lorewise being 'veil' creatures. And you're right, Skull did work hard. I don't want to roll everything back so-to-speak, but having to FORCEFEED vampires holy water to make it have any affect (supposed to turn them into frenzy mode) is kind of obnoxious, because security will arrest you immediately for assault

Awhile back, Skull changed Vampires around a bit, and majorly nerfed chaplains. Holy water no longer has any effect when sprayed on or poured on a vampire (tested both) and vampires can drink the Chaplain's blood without any punishment (original vampire, they got hurt) Vampire and Cult are supposed to have the foil of the Chaplain, but now, they Chaplain can do nothing against a vampire - they're not even immune to the vampire's mind powers. I propose we revert Skull's changes to vampire, and rebuff the Chaplain to be the vampire-foil again. Edit-Arrow768: I changed the title for clarity, as you dont want to revert the vampire changes entirely, but buff the chaplain against the vampires.
