Physician's Assistants usually can do more than a nurse, and nurse is an alt-title of Mediacal Doctor. Emergency Physician is the alt title of a Medical Doctor, they do not get ANY extra access like a Paramedic. None of your argument makes any sense, friend. I only suggested removing the EP alt-title because it's almost almost never used, and to avoid alt-title bloat.

Emergency physician was the alt-title that paramedic players used before it's own individual job. We rarely, if ever (I've never seen one) have a player use the title. Physician's Assistants are medical professionals able to do more than most nurses are (only really challenged/equalled by Nurse Practitioners) and assist physicians in providing primary healthcare through carrying out physical examinations, minor surgeries and treatments. PAs can also write prescriptions in most places. It would add a nice layer of diversity to Medical.

Mixed secret is degrading the level of roleplay on our server. It's very sad that I can't sit down and meet with different crew members as Heads of Staff because I'm managing emergencies every round, rather than your usual single traitor or ling or vampire that doesn't send the entire station into hell.

I don't think Sophie is fit for a command position (Im sure SHODAN has other characters that are, or could make one) as Sophie is frequently disrespectful to other crew, her Heads of Staff and does not always actually do her job when required (prisoners being in cells without timers, not opening the armoury during emergencies) with little reasonable excuses other than 'I'm busy'. I'm neutral on this.

I'll once again remind people that detectives do nothing except interrogate people and do lookouts (can't arrest outside of necessity) that has a lethal revolver. Most detectives do this questioning aspect, poorly, and I have in fact never been questioned by the Detectives on board when arrested, but rather by the Warden or Head of Security. Replacing the role shouldn't be something you're against if it is for nostalgia's sake.
