Would you be terribly surprised if I told you the cats, in past Bay times which likely inspired/carried over somewhat into the current lore, were basically fetish inserts with lazily done writing that included arbitrarily tossed-in Elder Scrolls lore. I imagine it made a wonderful excuse for them to use Skyrim as a model to make their characters from.

Full Body Prosthesis as related to legal rights

IPC = Integrated Positronic Chassis, if it is an IPC, then by definition, it cannot have anything other than a Positronic brain. The term Shell is there to solve this issue, as it by definition is not locked to either type of brain. In short; IPC = Positronic, and only Positronic Shell = MMI (Sapient, Xeno, or Uplift) /or/ Positronic -
Fun Facts About....well, Ourselves!

I feel like this thread lacks enough douchiness so here's a personal fact: I haven't worked a day in my life and yet I can afford to live alone in a 2 bedroom house and spend over half a thousand dollars on inane bullshit each month, whilst being able to go out and eat $50+ dinners on a regular basis. -
Afaik, the blowing into the mouth part isn't being taught anymore. So an IPC could theoretically do it The game forces you to remove all masks before doing CPR.

Any crewmember worth their salt knows that this is how you tell a real Captain from an imposter, duh. Shining a penlight in his eyes is also a fair way to check.

It genuinely amazes me that at some point in the past, someone implemented a roll of duct tape that couldn't be used for a single nefarious purpose whatsoever, instead of just making it so you can click paper on a wall.
-
Could just make it last 10 or so minutes. Enough to do something sneaky or cause a distraction, but will still wear off afterwords. Both on living and dead bodies.

I've been trying to figure out how it works for days, to no avail. If it's already in, by all means explain the process.

Two suggestions for the custom loadout in newcode: Brown Jumpsuit Wallet Both appropriately costed at 1, the former so it matches the rest of the suits available.
-
Just play ERT Janitor for the same experience.
-
What if the holster is something you spawned with due to custom loadout, though? Holsters going through seems fine, atleast the hip holster which is custom loadout only. Labcoats, again, you spawn with. Just have it block guns, hypos, armour vests/space suits. Traitor gear excepted.

Only concern, what system would be in place to mimic cryo's removal of weaponry?
-
It's not the lack of recoil making it great, it's the lack of bullet drop. Makes sniping an entirely different game, man.

You just had to jinx it didn't you.

RNG Armoury probably won't be on the next map, and for the population thing, 1 nukie per 4 crewmembers (Basically 1 out of 5 readied players) seems like a fine balancing point. As for fucking with the spawn of the hardsuit/power armour, doing so basically fucks with a good deal of their combat options (There's an entire category in traitor gear dedicated to things you can put on that one suit) whilst also removing (arguably) half the fun of being an op. It's their best chance to stand on even ground against ERT who /all/ get hardsuits, with mounted laser cannons. And Jackboot's got it nailed, the reason they hit the armoury is to give them the best chance of doing anything else without having to turn it all into a massive shootout where they /have/ to kill the entirety of Security. Back when the nuke ops were quite weaker on oldcode, they had to blitz Security's options to hope to stand any chance of surviving. This often meant surgical bombings of key points, such as Cargo and the Armoury.

You're doing it wrong if you need a pistol to be robust.

With newcode you can reliably kidnap people as an antagonist, always a good way to get a bit of RP with the hostage. Especially so if they're a good enough sport to not try to fuck you over the moment they're uncuffed. Worst case scenario? They're a human shield, and that's enough to try and goad Sec into giving you RP that isn't at the end of a baton.
-
Wouldn't terribly mind if they added an aggressive/neck grab move to rip floor length braids off whilst causing massive damage.
-
I would offer a more sensible and less game-breaking/powergamey alternative to this, in that it reduces the 'shaking'/recoil effect of ballistics instead of offering a flat accuracy bonus. Otherwise, if we're being realistic, said accuracy bonus would have to go to IPCs and everyone with prosthetic arms (Or with trained weapons usage/firearms skills).

You can never have enough crossbows and shitty plastic furniture.

At high values I'm imagining the very real chance that someone weaponizes blood puddles by pulling people over them in a fight. As hilarious as that sounds, it only further serves to enforce the "stun meta" that's seemingly being fought against. At low values you're just introducing even more annoying RNG into this game.
-
I'm convinced if this is added, noone will clean up corpses anyways and it joins the 'infection'-tier in unrealistic annoying mechanics. All this does is serve to permakill people even moreso by encouraging destruction of bodies despite the fact that burning your employee's corpse in the workplace is a great way to get sued by the family.

On top of this, can bashing two shields together become a thing?

James T. Kirk, you're my favourite Captain of the Enterprise.

My Father told me that when I was a small child, I would go to the middle of the bathroom, doesn't matter if the bathroom was public or private, pull my pants down, and proceed to shit on the middle of the floor.
