So, I'll be handling this app, but I find that the amount of feedback here is lacking. I'm not expecting anything much; one or two more posts of endorsement should do it, if you can get them by next week.

You can post it in #code_dungeon on the Discord to find someone to hopefully put it on the loadout or find someone to help you do it.

I find myself agreeing with Desven here. This does seem a little too generic of an item - it's not a bad thing, mind, but things like these that aren't unique are the textbook definition of what should be a loadout item.

This is not that good for a head of staff. I've also seen some lacking play from you firsthand: a couple situations as warden where you were more clueless than you should've been, and not enough proaction from you. This application is denied. I reccomend you reapply in a month or so when you've ironed out the issues described here.

In which case you should look towards making this a loadout item instead of a custom item. Feel free to reapply if you find a way to make this more unique.

This application is denied. The reasonings here have been given in depth already, essentially. My main concerns is that the HRP mindset hasn't properly settled in for you and that your knowledge of the lore is unsatisfactory. I have doubts about your ability to drive a narrative forward as command as well. I reccomend waiting a month or two before applying. Make sure to take the feedback that others have put on this thread to heart; it's accurate.

The lore aspect of this server can, at times, be very frustrating. Sometimes you'll want to do something really badly but hit a roadblock - whether that be a species loredev telling you that what you want isn't feasible or, worse, a loremaster telling you at the last minute that whatever you want isn't feasible. I know you've been improving on this, especially given that I prodded you about it a few times and you don't seem to be doing it anymore, but you really are too passionate for your own good sometimes. At other times, when things don't go your way, you have a tendency to let it show too much in public and for a lore position that's especially bad. You'll be dealing with a lot of shit sometimes and it can get to your head very easily. Everyone gets pissed off at games, but being pissed off at people in public where they can see you is undesirable. Doubly so for a lore position where you'll be critiquing others' work and dealing with heated arguments on server direction. With that said, I think you can temper your attitude. I want to believe that you can fix this problem and I know you can since from my perspective you've been improving on it. Pretty fast, too, but it's nonetheless a concern that I have to bring up out of respect. Onto actually relevant questions: Let's talk about languages! I've wanted to rework human languages in the code for a very long time and I know you have experience in the lore aspect for this. We could work on this together if you get accepted, but I want to know your plans. Let's say that you have complete creative direction - what's your ultimate plan for reworking Aurora human languages? Do you have any plans for Eridani? Some of the planets there are extremely barebones. I'd also like to know what you think about Eridani as a whole, about a paragraph or so should suffice, but I want to compare what you think about it with what I think since it's a particularly good piece of lore in my view. Well... the Federation page, that is. Do you think there are any parts of human lore that are 'beyond saving' and should be cut?

I'm inclined to agree with the people above me. It was a fun experiment and I did want to give it a shot, but it didn't turn out as I hoped. It's good as mindless fun every now and then as a votable gamemode, but it happens too often on secret to be bearable.

I will handle this application and come to a decision in the following days.

You hit the nail on what I meant, but that's why I'm asking your stance on this. Would you change them if you could? And what changes would they be? Similarly, would you change contractor restrictions if you could? What changes would those be?

Do you consider what species can be which jobs to be an internal species matter only? This is a pretty big thing and I want to be clear on your answer.
