We have looked over the logs and deemed the incidents mentioned in the original posts to be fine. You were given more than enough warnings (four) not to approach and at that point killing you was reasonable. The other incident mentioned with Liam Dozz instead escalated from the antagonist using glare, which you replied to by shoving, and they escalated into kicks. All of this is reasonable escalation. The other incidents mentioned, like general complaints about antagonist behaviour during this round, have been addressed in the other complaint on the player in question.

I don't see why any of that would mean they should be whitelisted. I'd rather see them as an intro-to-command unwhitelisted role.

I've actually played with your HoP enough to find out that they're not only a solidly well made character (you didn't promote any existing characters so you get extra points for that, well done, these points are subject to revokation if you ever promote a character). I also like the way you play command since I've stealth observed you a few times while pretending to play a comfy game of EU4. All in all, I don't regret +1ing you. Not that I thought I would've. I'm never wrong

This complaint is being denied. We've gone over your history and found way more than enough infractions to warrant a permanent ban, especially considering your terrible attitude all-around. And this is not even a problem only on our server: I've found out that you appealed the same kind of ban on Bay and it was rejected due to the same kind of history. Since you're one of my best friends here I'll have to recuse myself from potentially handling your application. Instead, I just want to comment that I think you're a great player and you'd have no issues being a command whitelistee at all. I know you have what it takes from what I've seen of you - and I have absolutely no doubts about your RP capacity whatsoever. Your characters have lately been kind of a source of inspiration for me, and that's not something I tell many people. Go get 'em. +1

Sorry, but two permabans is generally the cut off point. I don't really trust that you've improved enough to fit on an HRP server. Language and spelling is also very important to the environment and players' immersion, which you severely lack in and further cements my decision. This appeal is denied and more than likely all following appeals will be.

I'll take this appeal. What changed from the you that got permabanned and the you now? What's the difference? You got permabanned two times. Why should we trust you?

The more you talk about the item, the less it sounds like a "your character" thing and more like an "Idris" thing. I don't think items as generic as a handkerchief should be custom items. In fact, this should honestly be a loadout item.

The issues here mainly stem from your command play being seen as too aggressive and thus from your character. I suggest leaving your zone of comfort and experimenting with different characters and personalities.

I don't really think your character Szsk would ever reasonably be promoted to a head of security. This is the same unathi that openly said multiple times to human officers that they hate humans and the same unathi who loses his cool so often that a joke about Moghes being nuked made him so mad that he tried assaulting an officer.
