I think we can all agree with delta's suggestion here. Slimes are ridiculously OP and they're arguably a bigger pain in the ass than spiders.

I was mulling over suggesting something like this. Being able to install implants into people like robotic arms that can store tools, eyes that are constantly protected from flashes, etc, would be really awesome and would make robotics more useful besides building cyborgs.

I imagine everyone listens to the same genre. As humans, of course. Unathi probably love more "primal" music. Wardrums, that sort of stuff. Tajara probably like classical music. Skrell probably like pop (fukken weebs.) Dionae probably don't care/listen to anything. Vuarca probably don't care. Machines are varied, as they can have brains from any of these species. Vox would clearly love dubstep.

Necropost time. How do you feel about all these 40k games coming out? Besides the mobile ones, the 2 major one coming is Battlefleet:Gothic and the space hulk FPS. IMO, from what I've seen so far, both seem like a good time sink and it'd be nice to have more 40k media. However, I do remain wary as most games that have come out lately were terrible.

Might give inexperienced Xenobiologists a reason to make those frost oil producing blue slimes. That's exactly my thinking. Gives another purpose to those slimes AND makes sure they can reload without having to rely on chargers.

The freeze ray needs to be a xenobiologist's best friend IMO. A easily reloadable gun for slime disposal. Perhaps we could add one in, and let it be "reloaded" by adding a specific chem into it?

CANON35 CASTS NECROPOST! Finished the game. Here's what I got to say. Did you kill Danse and fulfill his orders, or let him be? I let Danse live in exile. I wasn't going to kill my brother, mentor, and best friend. Did you kill your son when you met him? First time I allied with him, I don't normally kill people when I first meet them in fallout. Deacon or Nick Valentine. You can only have one. Who do you pick? Deacon is fucking hilarious. Shame you have to kill him in most of the endings. Did you kill Piper when you found out she was a synth? I didn't even know what this, where and how do you find out? Did you destroy the Railroad? I went with BoS and Institute for my first 2 endings. Otherwise I let them go (I'm a supporter of freeing the synths.) Did you destroy the Minutemen? No. Why would I want to destroy the best people for the commonwealth? Did you destroy the Institute? In all my other endings, yes. Fuck the institute. All that tech and they can't even help the people of the wastes. Did you destroy the Brotherhood of Steel? Only in the institute ending. In my other playthroughs for the Railroad and minutemen, I'll probably destroy them. They're too dangerous for the commonwealth. Who did you romance? Piper, then Cait, then Curie.

Right, gonna post this here. I'm against it. I've had fucking terrible experiences with slipping and despite what you think, it would pressure people into cleaning up. It's not needed and would just provide a source of annoyance.

Yup, it had this mechanic. No one cleaned up sadly and medical became a slip and slide.

Listen, man. If people voted for combat, they voted for combat. It's their issue they went out to fight, and if they wanted a peaceful round I'm sure there's other servers and other games they can play. Now I'll admit, I have become salty over options I chose, but eventually that salt fades (At least for most people.).

I'd like to be able to bash batons and baton-like objects (E-swords, stun prods, etc) onto stuff like walls and shields and even your armour to be able to make that noise.

Remove Vaurca, send them back to their camps.

Archangel used to have flamers that spat out fireballs as projectiles, did burn damage and lit the target on fire. Maybe we can do something like that?

No nerfing, keep it as is. But, we could change it from a riot shield to something like a Plasteel polymer shield or whatever.

I agree with them only being in sec roles like cadet. If you just discovered this species and put them to work, maybe it isn't smart to entrust them with the security of a (Valuable?) research station. Plus, are we all forgetting that they stole a bunch of data from NT, or was that retconned?
