It's mean to be the HoS, AKA officer supreme's signature weapon. Hence why it's more powerful than a stun baton, which is my experience is only better than a ghetto stun prod. Police batons, regular stun prods, old telebaton were more useful. Anyways, I'm in support of these changes. Including Carver's idea of armour negating the effect with armour. The telebaton should be a weapon to be used to disable, not kill.

I have no clue what we're talking about (Probably because I don't really browse suggestions that much) but I will say this. Suggestions get derailed, people argue, people can't reach a consensus. In the end, it doesn't matter, because the devs are the ones who hold the power in the end. That's how it is, that's how it will be in spacemen.

You can RP in a cafe, it's not limited to a bar. If you need a specific location to RP in, then you might want to branch out more.

I agree to this idea. Having a cafe instead would make more sense, and we can just have booze still orderable. Maybe include a crate with the bar's booze and juice machines too?

Stellaris is pretty great. My first game, I was an expansionist lizard empire who wiped out the peaceful federation, conquered the intergalactic furries, and then got rekkinized by the fallen.

I see no reason to change the head of staff names. They're corporate bosses, not naval commanders. The only change I think we should do is to change Captain to something more appropriate, like Overseer or Station Administrator.
