Sorry for the delay. Now I must make clear that I only read what is in the forums. I don't really have the time atm to read the expanded version of the character story. First of all, I don't only consider someone's application, but the quality of their roleplay and behavior in server. And this is something that is kinda against you. Frost is not what I would consider a good cyborg by roleplay standards. Outside of the moderation actions, which include a temporary ban, I have seen some questionable roleplay as a synth. Mostly with being too much of friends with certain crewmembers, indulging in some questionable "clique" behavior, and trying to engage in cultural activities that don't really make much sense for a cyborg. This is a big factor for me here. The application backstory has some issues that other people pointed out. I don't think there is anything I can point out without repeating what is already written here. The backstory that is in the original post is lacking in motivations, thoughts, and how the character sees typical adhomian issues and the other factions. Ultimately, a lot of stuff happens to him and the character does not do much on his own. This is probably one of the biggest issues I saw with your replies. Romanticization here does not mean anything related to romance or love. It means: to think about or describe something as being better or more attractive or interesting than it really is. I believe this can be an issue to certain players due to how underdeveloped the New Kingdom was compared to the other faction in relation to having its own problems and wrongdoings. Out of all adhomian factions, the New Kingdom is the most reactionary culturally since they still believe that the caste system is a natural part of the Tajara people that can't be defeated. Some players ignored this and went too fast in having their characters become detached with beliefs and prejudice that should not have been quickly overcame. This is somewhing I am actively working to stop. The goal of the tajaran factions is not to have a good or bad one, but to have them all be grey. The two biggest issues that would prevent me from accepting this application are the flaws in the backstory and your record as a player. If both of these elements were not present together, I would attemp to work towards fixing the backstory issues or giving you the benefit of doubt despite your record. But this is not the case. I have decided to deny this application for now. You can reapply in around one month or so.

The organization started as a gentlemen club founded in 2460 by army veterans to discuss matters of politics and philosophy. The Fraternity currently meets at the Wounded Ha'rron pub; the establishment closes once per week to host the gatherings. Previously, admission was only possible through invitation. In the past months, the Njarir'Akhran Renewal Fraternity became famous with the local circles for its curious political theory: Revival Royalism. This ideology preaches that the traditional Tajaran caste system is the key to a harmonious society; it aims to restore the supposed peaceful times that existed before the First Contact. The Fraternity has heavily criticized the Crown's instance towards the castes - the organization believes that laws and incentives are necessary to safeguard the existence of the Tajaran ethnicities. The club claims that miscegenation between the different ethnicities deeply hurts the Tajaran people. Some intellectuals denounced Revival Royalism as extremely discriminatory against Tajara of mixed heritage; they also called its theories "pseudoscience and esoterism". The Fraternity's ideology was first introduced to the public through the book "The Fading Legacy" by Count Tscherim Sanguszkho, the current leader of the Fraternity. The text studies the caste system and how it shaped Tajaran history. Count Sanguszkho, taking inspiration from old myths, claims that the current ethnicities are all descendants of a prehistoric Tajara people; a catastrophic - yet unexplained - event caused this progenitor to decay into multiple races. The traditional caste system was supposedly put in place to prevent further degeneration. Because of their closer ties to the long-lost Tajara, Njarir'Akhran would be the best candidates to rule. Tscherim denounces interbreeding between the ethnicities as the greatest danger to the Tajara; mixed heritage individuals, unable to fulfill any role in society, would eclipse what is left of the ancient legacy. The Tajara, without proper guidance, would soon collapse into untold barbarism. In its final chapters, the book establishes the main proposals of Revival Royalism for the New Kingdom. Count Tscherim Sanguszkho offered a brief statement to the Royal Telegraph: The organization has expressed interest in participating in the Kingdom's politics; some of its members, including its leader, are already part of the Royal Parliament. Prince Serhiy Oliinyk protested against the Fraternity - Oliinyk called for the Crown to ban it. Queen Shumaila Azunja did not comment on the matter. Anyone planning to join the Fraternity must hold a title of nobility, have high morals, and undergo an ancestry check to verify their Njarir'Akhran heritage.

Investigation Reveals Alien Power Behind the Sabotage of the Nuclear Program The commission to investigate the accidents that halted the nuclear program has returned to the National Assembly with concerning news. The source of the damage was a computer virus that had infiltrated the nuclear plants' systems. Computer hardware and centrifuges would become prone to overheating as the virus disables its safety measures. After further investigation, the technicians discovered that the malware was likely created by the Jargon Federation. After the commission explained their findings, the National Assembly exploded into yells of "Ratajani" and "Alien Imperialists". Ex-interim President Brajrr Alnadruskiy, banging his fist vigorously against his table, denounced the Federation in a short speech: The Free Tajaran People's Party, the Followers of Nated, and Rrhaza-Akhran Rahman Hadjuk applauded Brajrr's words. The Adhomian Blue Party remained silent. Commander Ahem Kah'nrir suddenly left the Assembly and did not take part in the rest of the meeting. After the commotion subsided, President Almrah Harrlala addressed the National Assembly: National Adhomai Worker's Party, Commander Kahan Hro'rammhad, and Muharajuurl Muhr’Fal hailed Harrlala's speech. Kyff Hotak vowed revenge. Supreme Commander Nated advised against any harsh measures for now. The systems used in the nuclear programs have been already upgraded against the Skrellian virus. President Harrlala and Supreme Commander Nated decided to keep the commission active to protect the project against any future sabotage attempt. The facilities are expected to be fully operational in a few weeks. How the malware infiltrated the research computers is still unknown.

Can you post some examples of the behavior you find problematic? Some context would be helpful. We are also not taking in consideration anything taken from non-affiliated discord unless it is really bad like doxxing.

The Mercantile Frotilla was a project envisioned by King Azunja to bring prosperity to the Kingdom by facilitating trade with other galactic powers; Queen Shumaila wisely decided to follow in his footsteps. For the past two years, thousands of civilian ships have been bought from NanoTrasen and Hephaestus Industries. Waiting in harbors above and beyond Adhomai, the fleet can now be deployed in the service of the New Kingdom. The ships were auctioned to selected companies involved in the fields of shipping, logistics, and commerce. The auction, held in one of the rooms of the Imperial Palace, attracted many guests; business representatives, heads of notable dynasties, and parliamentarians were present. After the main event, a dinner was held to celebrate the successful business. Queen Shumaila was present during both the ceremony and festivities. All of the ships were sold to national companies, who now must make use of their spacecraft for the betterment of the nation. Any company in the possession of a spaceship destined for trade has become part of the organization known as the Her Majesty’s Mercantile Flotilla. The Her Majesty’s Mercantile Flotilla is a trading company uniting all the businesses involved in commerce with intergalactic entities. The Crown will be actively involved in its administration, presiding over the taxation and regulation of the trade. Since the Kingdom lacks any kind of space force, the protection of the Her Majesty’s Mercantile Flotilla has to rely on the protection provided by private entities; a contract has already been signed with the Stellar Corporate Conglomerate to safeguard the Mercantile Flotilla for the next five years. Proper training is also being provided by the megacorporations to the employees of the companies. While the news was well received by most of the Parliament, Grand Admiral Mahtra Dynhaas complained about the Crown's priorities; in his opinion, building a military presence in space was a far more pressing matter. Prince Serhiy Oliinyk advised caution when making further deals with megacorporations. Queen Shumaila promised that establishing a space naval force was her next priority.

Lakeside had no real lore. Its removal or change does not really affect anything besides forcing some people to retcon where their characters lived or change some basic stuff on their background (which I might argue had little to no effect since said place was nothing but a name on a map), with the bonus of now taking the lore in consideration. While we think that players should have a degree of freedom when it comes to their character's backstory, headcanons should not stand on the way of the lore vision.
