would it be possible for the lights to slowly pulse between red and normal color for evac/delta, maybe? Not too fast to cause eye strain from flickering lights but to give a nice effect.

from the tests this weekend, I saw the antag shuttles, compared to the Aurora ones they look.. well, there's no other way to put it but they look bad. the Aurora ones look all nice with the custom tiles and stuff on it, but these ones are made of parts that don't look nice together. Is this a temporary thing? Will they be getting the custom tiles the antag shuttles on the Aurora have?

I agree, the coat part of the investigator uniform should be a separate thing that goes in the suit slot, with a base uniform for the jumpsuit slot

if you want to make it look like your character is missing an eye, the heterochomia marking with the right color settings can do this. Still a neat idea however +1

I was thinking about phoron scarcity stuff too. Maybe reducing the amount on-station and the asteroid a bit more then it already is, and perhaps a regulation change to make any theft of phoron an automatic grand theft charge, either that or theft of phoron as it's own separate charge.

from what i've seen of it, notes actually have not been too bad, not stuff left around related to antags. Graffiti and stuff can add some neat flavor to the station, random notes and stuff. This Graffiti is actually just some text that you can choose to input when you carve it into the wall. It has a little decal that shows the text when you examine it.

So, basically my suggestion would be for some things to be persistent, like in this PR from polaris. https://github.com/PolarisSS13/Polaris/pull/7337 This makes it so things like dirt stay persistent, but blood and such is turned into a generic mess decal so the station is not a bloodbath. It can also exclude some areas so the medbay is not covered in filth every round. Some trash items can also be made to persist, things like snack wrappers and cigarette butts. There are also things such as graffiti that can be carved into walls and floors with a sharp object, and stickynotes that can be stuck onto walls, both of which can persist between rounds. Noticeboards can also have their contents persist.

Would a warrant be needed to hand out a fine, since it's 'technecally' an arrest? Just using the ticketer to do the processing and fine on the spot rather then going to the brig for it.

I wonder if any regulation adjustments would need to be made to account for issuing fines on the go

Yeah it's best for the mechanist to do it, rather then forcing surgeons to and quite possibly forcing any dominians and Unathi to quit (or any surgeons who do not want to be doing such a controversial procedure)

where would brain removal for cyborgifcation come in for this? would medical be forced to remove the brain?
