Its technically against the rules when people remove canon security incidents from their records. All parties involved must agree for any conflict to not be canon. Unfortunately theirs no system that notifies us when players do it and theirs no easy way to investigate it unless security regulars or HoPs are perusing records and notice an incident that was recorded is now gone. I do not even know if i like it yet though.

The point i am making is you DID cause extreme collateral damage. You are responsible for that. Nearly the entirety of the middle level was vented. If you had just left it with the one bomb near engineering to get people scared that would have been fine. Three bombs is going to ruin the round regardless of how much you stagger them.

you did NOT get full permission for bombing man. You asked me where did disposals lead and i told you it leads to the trash compactor below the janitors closet. That is an area that is largely out of the way and should have been fine to bomb. You bombed the brig entrace, the library and maintenance near engineering storage. You completely ruined the round and caused a large amount of people to die due to low pressure.

The player in question has a large quantity of notes, warnings and even a few bans for all around awful behavior. They have had numerous chances to improve their behavior and have not done so. This situation is pretty clear cut grief. There is no reasonable explanation for their actions IC. A permanent ban will be applied to them which they are free to appeal at a later date. I will now consider this matter closed.

Just verified the game logs myself. They check out. Since sonic is on trial i will speak to him and get his thoughts before i hand out a judgement. Overall this is pretty despicable behavior.

As long as they are not setting it up and then causing it to be released i do not see an OOC issue.

The player was warned on the 11th of august for constantly letting the tesla escape. Did they continue this behavior at all past this date?

Warning looks pretty valid to me man. You cannot claim you're an "unwilling participant to ERP" when you give someone a safe word.

Delta could have definitely responded to this complaint better. The main issue in the OP has already been cleared up and while the screenshots you list are problematic they are very old. I do not really think its fair to save up issues with a person and then dump them all some time in the future. Added to that myself, abosh and delta recently had a conversation. Various issues where addressed and his conduct was one of them. Essentially its something we've already dealt with. That being said i really cannot condone how delta responded to this. staff complaints ideally exist as a dialogue between a staff member and a player. if a reasonable outcome cannot be reached then a higher up steps in and settles it. All that was really needed here was one post from delta somewhere along the lines of "i did what i thought was ok at the time and i am taking steps to improve on X" Hopefully in the future that is how this will go from now on. hopefully xander will report issues to another staff member when they initially crop up and not weeks or months from then. Unless there is anything else i will consider this resolved.

The warning is completely and utterly invalid on one single base alone. We do not take action against issues we have a direct involvement in. Every staff member is taught this and learns it as part of their trial. It is entirely possible for an emergency situation to crop up that leaves you no other alternative.
