North Facing Lobby is nice. What Medical needs is a more accessible Chem lab so I can talk to the Chemist.

Let's be honest, this isn't getting an approval either way. Being banned for years, appealing on the grounds that you were young- but that it also wasn't your fault that you were banned, never attempting to appeal the ban earlier, and then immediately trying to become a Mod after being unbanned just isn't going to work. Especially considering, as you pointed out, he hasn't even been on the server.

Nice idea, but what limitations are their with this being? If Security are huddling up and talking gameplan for validhunting the Cult- does he see it? Can he immediately tell the Cult what is being planned at anytime?

Try something like this. "Does your Skrell character like reading fiction books? Do they have favorite sports or movie genres?" But how is asking what their favourite flavour of ice cream going to affect their chances at getting this application through. Why does that matter in the context of me thinking he is a good Roleplayer and can handle the responsibility of playing the specified race of this application. It's not my job to find out the specifics of how his Skrell works. That sounds like your job as the Lore Dev. If Skrell aren't suppose to like Chocolate Icecream, and I ask him what his favourite ice cream is and he says chocolate- it means nothing to me, but if you ask him the same question it has purpose to it in that you know that Skrell dislike chocolate ice cream.

How can I question the applicant if I myself do not have a Skrell whitelist nor understand Skrell as well as you or the applicant. I have little interest in understanding the Skrell, but I know Paradox is good at RP usually- no matter how I feel about him. I don't understand what is expected of me in this scenario. All I can do is say he is good for it.

Officers cannot currently write their own warrants, that are visible with the projector. They must write out paper forms. Either way, Officers are expected to act according to the regulations, and any failures on that part can be ahelp'd or IR'd.

When Command isn't around, Sec will do what they need to in order to keep the peace. Yellow and Amber get punished anyways, even without warrants. What you're asking for is formalities to cover a few outstanding incidents that happen once in a blue moon, as such, this might as well be added to fill the loop hole.

These issues were almost entirely because of inaction on the part of other online mods and trials not actually doing anything during HighPop hours. I don't have access to the staff report section of the archives, but if I can recall, I had few issues.

Currently, the Riot Helmet is not listed as a helmet that clips hair. So you have it sticking through the top of the helmet still, unlike the others. Just add the same stuff that the other helmets have to the Riot helmet as well.

All the oxygen canisters spawn half or almost empty. It's a pain and serves no purpose seeing as most scenarios are going to call for all or none. I would suggest topping them off so they're worth a damn, rather than just a box of shit I throw out each round, or have to go fill up each round. Mind you, most people cannot fill them up.

You'll need to explain what you mean by "NT-ISD fiasco" and how that affect me as someone applying for Moderator. I was invited, originally, to help manage it. This was not a power play, it was an invitation that I accepted. After awhile McSpizzy left, we ran it wuite smoothly, he returns, he kicks us out of our positions. It was more so an issue of trust than it was about the positions. As I said, how we reacted was entirely understandable and quite collected for having been betrayed. I didn't ask to be the face of Sec. I main Sec, people know I play Sec. This is just how it is when your character is around all the time. The only reason my nane on the main discord used to have Daniel Carmichael in it was so that if anyone had beef with me, they could see that I was there and talk to me. Again, you'll need to explain how the complaint I made concerning PLA falls into a negative concerning my wanting to be a Moderator.

Not for this, but I am for re-vamping the Wizard's look. They look very comical and out of place. I don't actually know what options they have for wear currently though.
