I have taken some time to look over this in detail and have come to a few conclusions. The actions taken by Schev and Hunters characters were highly questionable and in a way un-ethical, however its nothing character or lore breaking about it. The characters acted in a way thats realistic and while the actions they took were realistic, its definitely something you can make a IR about, however the only issue I'm seeing is the comments Schev made post round. At this point I think this can be resolved with applying a note towards Schev and ensuring he understands future incidents will result in harsher consequences.

Going to re-visit this after some discussion, we have decided to allow this item to be added.

There is quite a bit wrong with this application. Giving players a multitool at round start is not withen what custom items are ment for, and for this purpose and the fact that its hardly character defining, we have decided to decline this application. Hi there, so I just would like to start this off with saying that, I love and care about this community. It has been my family and my friends for the past two years and I have been grateful to meat so many of you. People here have blessed me with such good times and memory's that can never be replaced, people that can never be replaced. I have never been perfect and nor is this so I won't turn this into something too long. For the past few months I have been struggling with health issues, some I rather not discuss due to the privacy but others being my mental health, I have taken on more then I can chew in some aspects and this toll has had adverse affects on my reasoning and my friendships. I am a stubborn person and always have been, untrusting and sometimes rude to people and have often times shunned help when I need it most. In saying this I have decided to move away from the community for a time, I had planned this due to a unfortunate real life event but I feel I should do this sooner for the best for myself. This is not a goodbye or a resignation but more so I need to step away and re-evaluate my health and priority's and come back in time and decide if I want to quit or stay and shorten my responsibilitys. I ask you do not dig or prod at if I will return or circumstances, however I do request this. Talk to people, be honest with people and be honest with yourself. If you need help, reach out to a friend; even if it seems to be scary, it is far less scary then the depths of what I have put my entire psyche through. Love yourself, love others, respect your limits and boundary and other peoples and never double guess yourself when you think you need help. We have a diverse community so I'm not going to put out specific resources but most country's and international helplines are there and are willing to connect you with support, but most importantly your friends are. Friends are everything in life, it is the one thing keeping us together and one of the biggest struggles I have had here is people being at the throat of others, so I just ask you in this time without me, re-think why you bicker, why you have these differences and how you can come to a common agreement that you share the same love for this place and game as I do or anybody else. I encourage you to use this thread not to wish me well, but to have a honest discussion with each other about helping each other out and being there for each and other. There is obligation to protect there privacy to rule breakers, its called respecting that these are real people ooc with real feelings.

Staff don't have to disclose what action was taken to be honest, thats a breach of privicy and only inspires metagrudging/shitting on the player.

After some discussion with the applicant, along with some additional info they have provided the custom item team (myself and prate) have decided to accept this application.

Outstanding effort into this application, I feel this shows the dedication the character has to this hobby and feel it can show off more of his character. Accepted

Going to go ahead and accept this, the mask itself should be a face covering item and will not possess any sort of advantage/protection however.

The application itself is well done, however there is a issue with the sprite itself, its essentialy a movie reference that we feel doesn't fit into the standards we want to keep up. I will leave this open for a bit to allow you to post new sprites so we can review it again.

Going to accept this, however it just acts as a cane and can tap the ground, no null staff sort of abilitys.

This rule would be really far too objective and something most staff would not be able to keep upheld due to the poor nature of defining these pictures, on top of that its not even really needed.

-1 I have had really nothing but negative interactions with there characters, from there medical character constantly mistreating patients(Dragging them down the hallway while they are ripped open bleeding, having a attitude when shown proper procedures.) to hacking doors as a non antag on there security officer. Command is a teaching role and I feel until this player can follow proper roleplay and the server rules they should not be given such a whitelist

Appealing Personnel: Ynnefer Killinski Specific Incident: Action #142: 07/26/2460 Action taken as a result: Permanent reprimand: Employee warned for distributing experimental weaponry with DNA locks, while one of them had her own DNA imprinted, resulting in severe injury of the officer who later tried the weapon out. Double check any experimental technology before distribution. Action contested: I, Ynnefer Killinski was never at fault for Mister Price's negligent actions in mishandling a firearm he was told was not to be moved from the armory. Further more Price attempted to leverage the captain at the time to press charges or he would IR the captain. Reasoning for contest: I believe the Head Of Security acted in bad faith all things considered to cover himself in a incident that would of ended his professional career had he not shifted the blame onto others. I am in the process of retiring from the company, however I wish to retire with my permanent reprimand (My first and only action taken on me) removed. So I was going to lift this ban after considering it, however after discussing some troubling details, I have decided to deny this appeal, you may appeal sometime in June of 2020 if you wish to be honest then.

Hey, so after talking with Goret we have come to the conclusion that the actions taken were in very poor escalation. Implanting can be used to create tension and raise escalation, however how this was performed was in a very poor manner of escaklation to where there was close to no interaction before killing them, I will be leaving a note on the user and serving this as a verbal warning that escalation needs to be progressed before such a action as this is warranted. Any resolution to this? Because if the foundation of the complaint is essentially "I do not feel you are good enough." then that is hardly a complaint and is just the opinion of one person.

I am using the sprites Droz provided me, if he wishs for them to be changed I will do so but this is his project I am helping him with so I will be using the sprites given to me
