Voting for dismisal. While this is very very easy to add, I fail to see how this benefits any roleplay

-1 Im going to be perfectly honest in saying that, you tow the line quite alot in terms of roleplay and actions. I think there needs to be more time of good conduct and behavior before this is considered

Going to echo skull here, The thread has been cleaned up of off-topic posts or posts directly calling people out. @Kaed makes a legitimate point that in some aspects there is issues with cliques, and I think as a community, despite if we all like each other or not, we have in common that we want a welcome enjoyable environment. With that said, I believe discussion should contuine. If there is Anymore posts that are off-topic, seriousness or calling people out directly then you will be warned. If you have a direct issue with a player, it should be ahelped or make a complaint.

So the largest issue I have is, how can I do better to serve the playerbase and community, so I have made a form to give me feedback on. Me and tish both were involved in this issue. You were just banned from science for abusing telescience, only to be unbanned and steal the captains id and give yourself all access. You argue you didnt see it in the rules, but if you were just banned for abusing something only to repeat it again, it doesnt give me much hope of change

So make a complaint, not a ban appeal. Ban appeals are for people who are accepting of there ban and wish to appeal it, not quasi complaints

You insulted them by implying they were unable to speek/type properly or they were drunk. I was there for the incident and to be perfectly honest, you were being a complete dick to them. It doesnt matter if you feel they are right or wrong, acting like you are the big dick will never end you up anywhere in admin tickets or these situations. If you felt it was unjust, you make a complaint, not refuse to listen and tell staff off like that. That isnt the type of attitude thats really welcomed anywhere

I dont wanna draw this out into a long long post, but essentially, the appeal was denied because, me nor tish, or really anybody felt the apology and feelings itself were genuine and were going to be followed up upon. I chose to make this ban in a way that gives you a easy way to appeal it instead of just outright perma banning you. It was designed in mind that when you are actually ready to appeal it. This was posted in the appeal, but things like this were said aswell Im going to be honest and say that, him if he was actualy trying to play psychologist is wrong and he shouldn't, but the type of attitude present is still clear, that you don't understand fully why this ban was placed in this manner, and why it was placed in the first place, as a majority of the appeal and the ban request was re-directing at others such as coalf and vtc and sonicgotnuked. I agree, that we need to take a more hard line stance on how toxic this place can be, but you are not contributing to that by not setting the example for what you want to see. I had hoped that everytime I checked the appeal it would click, and we can start moving forward, but I believe you arent ready yet. You have the potential inside you, I just havent seen it shine out yet, nor has tish.

As I said before to you over discord, the ban itself isnt permanent in the sense of forever, its in the sense that until behavior/attitude is improved and you can tell us how you will improve and to the point that its clear there wont be future issues regarding your behavior. Punishments as you say should be enforced for these things, but a punishment is supposed to teach people to learn from there mistakes and improve. If we apply a ban for a new player or even a long time player and accept the appeal without them understanding and showing they will improve, it sets people up for failure and creates a future problem when there behavior escalates. As for the comment about the decision, im unsure as to why the other complaints are taking so long, however what was discussed in the ban request was valid issues that have been raised for quite awhile, aswell as a history of warnings, notes ect across the forums, discord and ingame and it was suggested that instead of a punishment on a harsher scale to give it in this scale so its there for you to appeal when you feel you have improved the behavior problems

Its how you conduct yourself. I can be upset with how people are playing as antag, but I shouldn't be a ass to them about it or keep berating them. Criticism should be constructive and not empty arguments. The behavior that needs to change is watching the overall attitude, not belittling people or insulting them while giving criticism, overall improving how you interact with others. This appeal isnt about how others conduct themself but is how you conduct yourself. I see that you can be a very very kind person, but you need to realize that if you want this appeal accepted, you need to accept the issue that your attitude needs to improve and explain how you are going to improve. Essentialy, @Arrow768 makes a valid point in his forum warning, if you want these changes and want people to be held to a certain standard, what are you going to do to be the change you want to see? There needs to be a change in conduct and owning up to issues instead of refering to others before I would consider accepting this appeal, a punishment should always have growth from it, and simply lifting a punishment without accepting, understanding and improving does nothing good for you or the server if you repeat the same conduct and get banned again.

Im gonna be honest, most of this is abit too cheesy/doesnt really push forward anything. Im willing to accept the ring but none of the other items.

Dont see a issue with this, it sheds nice light on the dreg aesthetic/culture

Normally we do not accept applications for items having special perms to them like this, however im willing to make a tiny exception. I dont feel the skirt is really anything super unique to what the Off-Worlders have, however the veil, gloves and cloak and ribbons are accepted. The caveat is, the gloves remain job restricted to engineering, welder helmet I can care less about

I think this is a great addition that can really bring soem flavor to a part of Erdani culture that isnt touched on that often. Accepted

Im going to give this abit of time since Tish is busy, but my question is to redirect this into a more constructive note. If unbanned, what will change and what can be done to show past poor behavior patterns wont repeat? And if unbanned and they do repeat ,what do you feel should result

Myself and Tish will be handling the appeal. I have no issue unbanning you, the question is that if unbanned, what will change? Nobody wants to have to go through this stuff again so the question is, what has changed or what will change to avoid issues with others that came up before
