Deaf cargo tech fumbles around behind the kitchen trying to escape from a wraith. We notice, and I hand my azzizztant a gun to point at the doorway. I open it, the tech charges out with a crummy spear and then immediately dies when we mistake him for a cultist.

I've always known Abo to be remarkably fair with his judgements and commited to making sure rounds stay fun for everyone involved, almost to a fault. I can't think of any reason why he wouldn't be a welcome addition to the staff with his already established reputation and track record, even with my own personal bias aside. +1

Add a small stack (Roughly 10-15 sheets) of cardboard into the kitchen at roundstart. For the past year I've robbed the arrivals shuttle for every single sheet that wasn't nailed for the floor just so I could make pizza and takeaway boxes. Please, don't make me live like some kind of dumpster diving goblin any longer.

Someone moved this thread off of the suggestions board and onto off-topic. This is just irrefutable, demonstrable proof that there's an anti-Beepsky conspiracy and that the forum mods are in on it. We need justice for our boy.

Dude these finalized designs look absolutely dope, especially the rig. I hope they get merged.

I really like this, the sprite design is cool and if anything it'd help solve the OOC issue of Security treating the .45's LTL rounds like valid-disabling, bone shattering Nerf darts. Now with IC justification to use the disabler shots people might not complain as much. However I do agree that without Command or a warden they're proper screwed (which is probably a good thing).

We already have a massive "Urist McToolbox has been winded by a member of staff!" blurb when these things happen, but nothing after the fact. It's laughably common to see people only just walking into a room with a winded person and start trying to medicate, arrest, or beat them to death unless they're explicitly told not to in LOOC. There's already the little examine flags for disconnected and AFK players, it would be nice to have another one that very plainly says someone is winded.

If I have to listen to It's Been So Long on one more shuttle ride I'm actually going to eat a bullet.

Please no. This just seems like it would make unnecessary work for already overworked admins and step on the throats of people just trying to make small talk when there's nothing else going on.

I'm against this change as well but don't really have anything to add that hasn't already been said.

I'm totally onboard with this. Playable rats have always either existed to get ground into wet mulch by scrubbers vents and be immediately forgotten about or to infinitely respawn and spite the kitchen staff while offering nothing in return besides a migraine (which is how they earned their five minute respawn timer). You can't even make the argument that there's just bad apples spoiling a bunch since it's literally their listed purpose to just be annoying whenever possible, which in my experience has involved them taking single bites out of as much food as they can find just for the sake of ruining it and forcing me to throw it away. Their saving grace was that we used to let them be taken as pets, but that isn't the case anymore if you go by what their wiki page tells you to do, and you can just as easily get them from the maintenance tunnels anyways.
