I am sure you can give them night vision, mesons are not supossed to be ghetto nightvision. Also, thermal vision is really powerful already. No, mercenaries teams already have enough tools to handle breaching, such as bombs and c4. The syndicate cyborg is not a medical module. No, that would make it far way powerful, the sydicate borg is not supossed to heal anyone or themselves. Mercenaries have drills as well, and the cyborg has a jetpack that clearly allows it to manage itself in the asteroid. They already have a netgun to capture crew. Sorry, but those are clearly inferior sprites to the ones we have already. Voting for dismissal, because the syndicate cyborg is fine, it is not something that will outrobust a station on its own. We should strive to give more unique tools to antag, instead of just giving them any powerful already existing tool.

I also do not believe that this change is needed. It is a really small number of rounds that do last more than three hours due to code red, and code red being abused can be solved by staff. Voting for dismissal.

Well, actually it could be added and be a part of the cloning/brain damage stuff. Tourettes is shit, but being unable to read seems to make more sense. Traumas =/= disabilities.

There are really powerful things that anyone can get, such as a phazon, a wishgranter and a breacher chassis. Still those do exist even if they can break the game, because they are locked behind rather some insane rng, or it is something really hard and that will not happen everyround. Same applies to the most powerful secret chems.

Except those recipes can be changed, and there are other players that already found them. I did not know all secret chems recipes, even if I added the majority of them, I found estus(that was added as the first one, under printer's suggerstion) on my own. Also, those recipes are hardly stronger than your regular explosive or sedative mixture.
