If the Lore devs allow it, I'd Support a Dual-Whitelist requirement as stated in Method 1. But as said above, only Human Xenophillics would even consider constructing these.

Gonna monopolize on the Antag sentiment, playing Antag on Aurora, compared to other servers, is indeed quite hellish. Between dealing with over vigilant Security, medical sensors, and snowflake civilians that will beat you up for starting Antag RP, successfully playing an Antag is nearly impossible without some form of powergaming,

During a Wizard round, when the Wizard summoned an actual flesh monster/horror to the station, which Willow saw. (When you examined the mob it had a pretty gruesome appearance, that would melt the mind of a sane person.) Willow Harper overheard Security's plan to capture and kill the Wizard and it’s monster, and then proceeded to warn the Antag over comms. When yelled at, she said it wasn’t 'ethical' or something similar to that. -

Alright, so Winning is pretty fun chief, Not saying that losing but having a fun journey isn’t, but that extra pride and accomplishment is pretty great. Can we just stop nerfing everything that poses an actual threat? Like damn, Hugbox Simulator.

Let’s not remove the instant stun, it’s one of the few reliable kidnapping tools we have left. The parapen versus flash/stunbaton argument does not add up.

I think the safest bet is to only allow certain races cybernetics, be it for in lore reasons or otherwise. The Unathi would probably throw cybernetics into the trash can then set said trash can on fire, and the Tajaran have to different a physiology than Humans/Skrell, who I assume would be the front runners in this kind of tech. The Vaurca Bound are canonically forced to have cybernetics bound to their body as birth or something, and the Skrell are reputed to be masters with Cybernetics. Now obviously cybernetics are gonna need some disadvantages, like Ion and EMP vulnerability. Possible that you might need to recharge them at some cost as well. Maybe possibly have a social impact of having to many as well, but typically there doesn’t seem to be much consistency with social constructs on the server.

Look, personally. Escalation is escalation, RP isn’t just what we type in 'say' and 'me'. The action of drawing a weapon carries weight in any situation. Escalation shouldn’t be this regulated thing we need to milk every time we go into combat. The Captain and I both made a, rushed, conscious choice to drag weapons and begin mechanical combat. I was RP'ing being an operative with a clear objective in mind, and made choices a professional would make. If someone starts shooting at me, I’m going to fire back to preserve my own life above the other man. There is a lot to factor in when making split second decisions and sometimes they end up with people dead. It was the same with the AI, it spawned in, was announced over comms, and I was in a position where the AI could serverly hamper me. So, as I said before, the plan was to go down to the AI core and talk to it, and as I said above, it went south over a mistaken assumption. TD;LR I don’t believe crew versus Antag violence is something thats and issue. Quick escalation is going to happen sometimes in tense situations. -

got some questions because while I don't have a Skrell Whitelist, I do find them interesting enough. 1. How will you make the genophage make more 'sense'. Will you go down in the Mass Effect Route? 2. Do you plan to make changes to the Skrell's current political stance, which seems to be rather static at the moment? 3. How, in broad terms, if you want, do you plan to nudge Skrell away from their extreme synth hating stance? -
Besides Cult, the only on station antag team play is Rev. And everyone hates Rev. Also paging [mention]Senpai Jackboot[/mention] for that RNG Generator meme.

I’d like the Ling to stay close to its roots. This is a pretty good idea and makes good IC sense so ye. In regards to assassinating crew and leaving no trace, I’d dispute that as gank, because that’s what a professional hunter would do. As long as you give them suitable buildup RP, killing them without a trace is fine. -

I keep mentioning Ninja because you keep saying this nerf is gonna hit him too. I simply don't want the Ninja to be nerfed, cloaking is his thing. Ninja, as strong as he is, is a solo antag. -
Cult really only gets powerful when they start mobilizing, so if you are cunning enough to catch them while they are still in their growing phase they are alot easy to beat. really, Cult ISNT MEANT to be beat once they start their assault.

BYOND Key: Butterrobber202 Staff BYOND Key: evandorf Game ID: unsure, forgot to grab it on my way out last night. The Date was 2018-10-04 04:24:35 Reason for complaint: I disagree with the warning given out here. Evidence/logs/etc: Logs that I got before the rest got bumped away: So to explain how I RP when dealing with antags and while an Antag, I run through a checklist that goes something like this I have to make a judgment call on the spot and react accordingly. In the Captain's case, she pulled a gun the second she saw me, I aimed at her, and she moved. Yes, I shot her, and it was fully my intention to stabilize her out of Crit but it took me to long to find the medikit, (which was in her bag for some reason), and talk to her then. Once I down her with the Captain's laser gun, I stunned her a few times with her energy pistol, non-lethally, as it would have been in my favor anyway to capture her alive. In the AI's case, they was a fuckup on my end, when we arrived I saw the turrets go lethal and the AI's Main door open in the same 3 seconds, so I made the mistake of assuming the AI was trying to snipe me before I made it to the turret controls/intercom. So I charged in with my borgs, I also was encouraged to rush in when I heard over Sec Comms, that they were plotting to come to get me. What actually happened, was that my borgs opened the door, had I known this, I would have put on the breaks and talked with the AI on the intercom for a few seconds, and then continue my charge. Additional remarks: I understand if this warning sticks, but I don't think I deserve it because it was a set of misunderstandings. Because even after I changed the AI laws, it refused to even talk to me.

[mention]Doxxmedearly[/mention] gonna refute the 45 minute AFK time, it was a special case. A Family member called on me to help them so I did, had I known it would take the better part of the hour, I would have cryo'd. But yeah, communication isnt my strong point, I've been working on it. But thanks for the mostly positive feedback

can you add bloody version of each icon, so if they stay on for awhile with heavy bleeding they start showing blood spatters?

5-10 minutes is enough time for someone to be statued until the Evac shuttle arrives, and uh... well thats bullshit. It takes you outta the round for a considerable amount of time, and even if its only 5 minutes, thats 5 BYOND minutes. So its more like 7. This suggestion refers to the Statue spell of the wizard.
