Seems reasonable as long as the chemistry recipe for the antiviral doesn't require anything horrific or unusual like Plasma (As a non-catalyst) or such. Although I will say the infections aren't realistic at all considering you get necrosis within an hour or less.

I see forgetting how to make anything and having to refer to a wiki page/github even more than chefs already do as is. Making the job even more wiki-reliant and confusing will not attract people unless you also plan to write an in-depth guide on every recipe and cooking process you include with this new system.

You had me until this. People seem to continually confuse Corporate Private Security for Mall Security, when there is a massive distinction in quality between the two. With the former being known for well-armed and highly trained, particularly if the property they are employed to protect is high-value, such as a Corporate Laboratory would be. Otherwise yes, Private Security would not require a 'warrant' to search or detain personnel on-site if they believe them to be a security risk.

Resting should, in theory, already speed them up. If it doesn't, make it so and lower the default speeds marginally to encourage more people resting. Alternatively, add some side effects to surgery that require resting to recuperate from. Maybe a slowdown or the like.

You underestimate how much people complain about things like these, even though it shouldn't really matter at all. If you can avoid people randomly bitching, it's a great RP opportunity.
