That is not a citizenship, though. That's an origin, which is a very different thing. You can come from Sol and have a Biesellite citizenship. In your case, your character would be from wherever you want but end up having a Biesellite citizenship.

So your two complaints in essence are that A) you didn't break the rules and B) it wasn't strikeworthy. Let's start with B. As for A, let's look at the rule in question: "Be considerate" are the key words here. The picture you posted was the opposite. I don't agree with a revert and would not support one. Instead of reverting the disruptor, which is lazy, simply nerf one or more of the following attributes: - the ridicolous ammo capacity (12 shots); - the fact that a lethal shot is as good as a laser rifle's; - the non-lethal shots doing crazy high amounts of agony; et cetera.

You're a pretty good player. I remember the days where you only played pAI, then engineering apprentice, and I did end up telling you eventually that it was just a matter of time until you branched out to a different species first and a command application later. You're a solid roleplayer, a very chill person all around and someone I have a lot of fun playing with. I have no doubts that you'd play this character extremely well. However! One thing you didn't touch upon is your character's religion. What religion does your character follow? How much does it matter to them? What do they think of Tajara who believe in other religions?

There is this vicious cycle with your applications. You get a staff position. You reach the point where you're about to get kicked out. You retire. You go inactive. You come back 6 months later, or whatever, you make another app and you promise "I've changed", and in fact, you have not changed. This happened word for word when you retired as a developer, then came back as a synth lore deputy, then left and then tried to apply for some other deputy slot (skrell?). You have issues with being passive aggressive towards people. I still see the same problems in you that I pointed out when you tried to apply for synthetic lore deputy and the way you broke my trust then gives me very little confidence in you today.

Considering that someone else is handling this application as they sniped it due to my procrastination (damn you, Itzal), I suppose I'll have to leave my own feedback instead. Which is fair anyway, you're a dear friend to me, so perhaps it's better to have a third party handle this. You're a good player and person with whom I thoroughly enjoy playing with and your characters always manage to make me feel jealous in terms of how enjoyable they are compared to mine. Some of what you've said regarding characters has even stuck to me. Additionally, I don't doubt your competence in basically all areas of the game from what I've seen of you. This application is denied. I still don't think you've been back for long enough to justify trusting you with a whitelist. Moreover you have issues with going AFK for extended periods of time, in addition to your slew of notes from years prior. I encourage you to try again in a month or two when you can acquire some good feedback.

I have chosen to keep ions as a weapon of strategic utility while severely nerfing their point and click capabilities plus the damage inflicted by EMPs. You can view more details there.
