Voting for dismissal. A borg that just acts as a sentient MULEbot would be even less played than the construction module, which at least has its own uses.

Sprinting already has a distinct mechanical advantage in that it allows you to close or increases distances at a much faster rate, allowing you to enter into the more powerful melee range or to escape from a ranged opponent with less damage. Adding this would only make sprinting exponentially more powerful (for a powerful mechanic as it is).

Voting for dismissal. Crowbars can be found rarely in maint via random spawn, there is at least 1 crowbar in every department to my knowledge, as well as tool storage. Crowbars are not a rare commodity.

Voting for dismissal. Hyposprays are designed to be instant, syringes and pills already fill the capacity that a hypospray would give, except a hypospray would be better than both because it combines their advantages.
