TheGoret is honestly great. Involved and quick to respond when needed, fair, balanced, and competent in de-escalting conflict which had been displayed many times. Nothing but positive interactions with them. Good luck papagayat!

Yeah it would definitely need to be limited to within reason to low level criminals. Also realistically would canon traitors be allowed to participate as antags? That being said it could add a lot of flare to the station.

Then why punish at all if you didn't think it was a purposeful action? Human mistakes are, after all, just that. Make a note and the simple bwoink should suffice? Changing the 'reason' on a warning just seems like you're trying to make sure the warning sticks. Just saying as one of the involved palyers, I found the RP far more interesting then her going las' out forcing us to use our weapons as well. She wasn't the only person with lethals on them. The point emphasized in sec is not to escalate things unnecessarily. Any of us could have been far more "robust" in the way we approached the combat there but that isn't the point of it, if she's still her, she is going to follow the same thought line she would have even before being thralled. Had it just gone to flat out shooting I personally know I would have had a lot less fun in that rp vs the time we had playing literal tug of war with antag lin and trying not to piss her off as we (as always) were trying to prevent more people from being hurt. In the end, she would have gotten away if it hadn't been for the crowd blocking them to avoid radiation. Don't really see how this or her change in persona on her approach to flavoring a rational to being a thrall was "unhealthy rp" if anything, it seems more the opposite. But that's my two cents. Take it as such.

Oh man, living up to my name as shit sec that round. To be fair, it happened late in round in a span of two minutes and by the end I think everyone just wanted to to get away from the situation. Myself especially when the las rifle fired... which may have been a miss click as i tried to cancel out the aim.. and as my mouse occasionally double clicks it turned into two shots looking like one. Probably should have asked to void it but I rolled with it, whole thing was a cluster and he had already picked up multiple weapons.

Now, I assume I am not the mutual friend @ShesTrying said had asked her to reconsider, but in the end I messaged her on my own prompt saying writing a complaint wasn’t worth the ooc drama that would come with it as well. (After all. My character has tried and been ignored on many occasions to patch things up with Lin. And still plans to. But makign a complaint would just make things worse. And while Bob still plans too though it loses its genuineness now.) As she said, she has several characters that get along with you just fine. The pill: Physicians prescribe a set dose of medication to be taken at certain times of the day over a period of time. Requesting extras is in fact noted as potential drug seeking as medical staff are well aware of the addicting properties. Source: I'm a medical professional IRL. The common channel blow-up that happened ICly didn't look good for Lin. It had a lot of people talking of addiction. Isemann and Aimee's responses were more than valid. OOCly I’m sorry to hear you have a lot of issues going in IRL and I do wish you best of luck in resolving them for your own sake. If I'm being honest ShesTrying is being more apologetic then she needs to be. Most likely because she cares. But she doesn’t OOCly dislike you as a person and tbh neither do I. I did at first when literally every single interaction we had was negative for weeks and it seemed like you were going out of your way to make my life hell in game for playing warden. As you’ve noticed, I’ve quit playing warden. I had the same feeling of dread you have when you see her chars on the roster, for when I saw Lin But that’s changed. I hated to admit it, but my time with you as JOLLIE was some of the most fun I’ve had in a while and Ive had a *lot* of fun rounds. I hope we can continue that. ---- I understand constant negative rp can be taxing. Really. Just understand you play Lin as very aggressive and seem to prefer rivalry rp. You have accused Bob of giving favors in return for sleeping around with Lynn, Kitchen staff, and even AI. People tend to throw the same sort of insults back. It’s a sort of an unconscious “I’m rubber you’re glue” thing we do, you know? ICly the relations between some of our characters are flat fucked. If you’d like to change that, I know my char is always willing to talk and I’m sure ShesTrying's characters are the same way. OOCly I do not think ShesTrying has done anything wrong.
