  1. I agree with this. When I want to get shot at, I want as many moving pieces as possible to keep things fresh. Does this have the potential to turn into pure anarchy? Yes. But it’s still fun regardless.
  2. so zzzir he was lobotomizzzed
  3. I am really enjoying this new voting sytem alot. It's functional and instead of set mixes, we get a pretty random handbag, so all in all, big fan!
  4. I would be completely okay for sneaking a something into it's lawset that informs it to say by it's operators side whenever it can.
  5. I feel a fully automated Spiderbot would be entirely too annoying to code, and giving ghosts something to do is never a negative thing. Additionally, if a player goes out of their way to kill their killer in a ghost role, that's grounds for administrative punishment. Additionally, it would be common knowledge that the Spiderbot required a ghost before the Traitor buys it. I would assume an intelligent Traitor would take the time to purchase it beforehand if they are even thinking about running the risk of extensive injuries. You'll see in my suggestion that I also mentioned giving the bot advanced tools so even someone mildly uninformed on how BrainMed works could still manage to mend an antag's wounds.
  6. This version would require a player to join, just by nature of the role suggested. It would be like the syndicate cyborg, if no player gets in the body, it gets refunded. An AutoDoc would be the topic for another suggestion.
  7. I don't do this. I'm saying that ghosts figure it out literal seconds in the round anyway, it does not matter. I want it simply because it saves me the 15 second wait of another observer informing me of the round type.
  8. Ghosts tell each other the roundtype just about 3 minutes after the round starts anyway. No reason to make some convivence more difficult to respawn. Metagaming after respawning is already a punishable offense.
  9. The reason I'm suggesting this is to respond to this thread above ^. ---- Introduce a new item to Traitor Uplinks, which is effectively a medical-cyborg-lite. I am picturing some kind of small-ish (pAI sized?) robotic spider equipped with medical equipment to heal traitors, the equipment should probably be more advanced (read: easy to use) than what the Medbay has, as the random ghost that decides to try and help out the Antagonist may not be a brainmed expert. As the Spider's purpose is to give the Traitor a way to recover from wounds they otherwise wouldn't be able too, I think it being able to create a few choice chemicals and conduct surgery quickly is fair game. For the sake of concealment, I think it would be a good idea if the spider could fold itself up like a PAI into a more compressed form that can be stored on the Traitor's person. As for it's lawset, I think the standard syndicate one is fine, it definitely should not be helping out crew unless the antag specifically orders it too.
  10. the fitness gram pacer test is a
  11. crowd funded armor datums
  12. the general talk in OOC (from what I've seen) is that it's a cool gamemode, but it should be voteable rather than in secret
  13. 2500 Players that want thick Diona Lips
  14. if people are concerned with being harassed then just turn the setting off???? even better, REPORT harassment or the admins so they can actually handle it????
  15. I find myself agreeing with tomkiel. With your proposed system Skull, you are not promoting sportsmanship, you are enforcing it. Some people like secret, some people like extended. I'm usually in the opposite boat of tomkiel, I like bullets flying through my RP, and therefore, I vote secret just about everytime, then I proceed to just leave and do something else when extended wins out. I'd much rather the winning votes be locked in.
  16. what does it matter if you know who the antagonists are? You can already accurately narrow down the possible gamemodes by comparing the readied up total to the crew manifest roundstart. This changes literally nothing. Additionally, as far as I can tell, most people don't care that people know what characters they play. If Jimbo wanted to not be noticed, he could've just turned it off?
  17. you'd be able to disable this if you don't like it. That would not be the case for the old antag ckey display.
  18. I summon @niennab and @Tailson to the field because I'm pretty sure they are the Synth Devs
  19. Read title. It helps to know which job slots are being contested so I can switch to a different character. for those that don’t know, it basically takes up the (Ready) skit kn the lobby and replaces it with (Readied as OCCUPATION)
  20. As mentioned before, double paragraph is kinda eh. But, I also think the answers to the follow-up questions more than filled the holes. I've played with you a few times on Sophie, and I've never had a serious complaint, so I think you'll do fine as a Frog! ?
  21. the quantity is good, if we just remove the restriction on which races can wear nitrile gloves that would work brilliantly
  22. see title. This was initially suggested in the lore discord and it seemed to be well-received, so I was going to put it here so a Dev could look into it. General Idea is being able to add visible damage to your IPC's chassis, such as rust, scratches and busts. Perhaps something involving damage to Synthskin for Shells. Regardless, yeah, lemme play a rust bucket.
  23. I'd be down for a kitchen/bar remap so the serving area is more central to both of them tbh. As it stands it's more "if you want food, hallway serve" and "drink in the hugely massive drinking area holy fuck why is it that big??"
  24. Are borgs considered "life"? According to previous stances, there are equipment.
