Surely this isn't "flaws"in the d&d sense, but more to represent a lack of skill? In my opinion these "flaws" should be default on any skill a character has below Amateur but having them as player toggles is a start.

Why not have it on the wiki? It could be a hyperlink in the appropriate humanity section which takes you to the whole treaty? The more lore the better I say.

I like Coalf and although I haven't seen much of him in action in game, speaking with him via discord I know that, memes aside, he's grounded and understandings the expectations behind heavy roleplay. The character itself looks like it'll provide a solid foundation for roleplay. One question I have though is regarding how he's going to be played; are you planning on having Patrick focus on the companies bottom line, that is to say, will he be all about interacting with other departments to push them to earn mega bucks?

Roleplay with a small group lmao. I was gonna get all passive aggressive but to be honest I see where you're coming from. I'm thinking of extreme situations in which an antagonist hands themselves in and ends up having a three man roleplay with CMO, some doc and themselves or doesn't do anything at all but those are few and far between so the simple solution would be to ahelp those I guess. Also why the fuck is everyone going on about secret? No shit extended could be on there and you should just roleplay as normal. I personally was just addressing the suggestion put forward, I take it the game mode Jackboot likely got pissed with before starting this thread was secret? Who cares, that's not what the suggestion was about.

Yeah except people voted to not have extended, so by virtue of the antags immediately handing themselves in (which is what we're talking about) they have made a joke of the voting system. Further, the catalyst for this idea is irrelevant, let's talk about the actual suggestion not wax lyrical about why we think the suggestion was made.

Sounds cool, EMT implies youngsters, I assume we're ok with oldies who have recently undergone training becoming EMTs? Also a different page for each role sounds like a better idea. Less cluttered and walls'o text.

This. I suppose you could add a seperate antag item to serve the purpose of breaking the implant, but surely the whole point of it exisiting in the first place is to provide a set of characters who would always be in conflict with the antags? Can implants not be removed via surgery anyway? If so, surely that's a suitable method? Regardless, I think reminding the player they have one is 10/10, folks seem to forget.

This seems like the perfect opportunity to replace IAA with WIP: Operations Officer. There job would be attempt to ensure that the station is making money I.E actually printing and shipping off new gear, medicine, ore, food, produce etc. Have the suited up and allow them to carry out audits and feedback any "inefficiency" to cent com. Sort of evolving into a different suggestion to be honest but meh.

I've already got an incident report against my captain character for demoting a sassy engineer who wouldn't follow orders, so this is mostly in response to that (and other incident reports I'm seeing about similar matters), which presumably at some point I'll deal with during an IC CCIAA session. I am 110% certain that by dealing with this IC, CCIA will make a notice on it.

Unless your terrorist is a nuke op neither of these cases really apply, since, infiltration antags are naturally station-characters, the issue is with exterior antagonists (as listed up top, these being nuke ops, heisters, ninjas, and wizards). Oh yeah, ignore me then I'm talking shite.

What about using your character as a plant. I did a gimmick once where I had my sec character be a terrorist who had killed the "real" sec character and stolen his ID and what not to get on station. Is this acceptable? What about a character who, for the sake of the round, was absorbed by a changeling who used their DNA to get on the station? TL; DR What about antags pretending to be your characters?

They can surrender if it's conducive to roleplaying with as many players as possible in my opinion. If it's just to get out of the round or ruins roleplay then yeah. Rambling aside I agree. Surrender should be something done as the last resort really.
