1. No, your last note aside from the kois one was actually a three day ban on 2017-12-02 23:52:06, I.E about two months from the kois one which happened on 2018-01-31 15:44:23. The thing isn't age frequency of the notes, but the frequence of the notes about a single issue. Checking your notes I can see you have about 2-3 Notes/Warnings every month for the same issues, over and over again. I admit, you stopped this behaviour (mostly) when you became staff, but the fact it still occured has shown that you didn't change but only supressed it. Again. I have nothing against you Sleepy, hell I had few of my funnest and greatest moments with you. I think you understood the rules and were very capable of enforcing them on others but you lacked in self-enforcement of said rules. I am supportive of your unban and I do hope prate unbans you as everything I say in this thread may have no barring on the decision Prate is going to make. But I would love a confirmation that this "Willful ignorance" you like to pull will be a thing of the past.

Tweak Barefoot

The fracture seems a bit drastic, although I wouldn't be against a chance of twisting your ankle when tripping/slipping. And neither would I be against the whole "No shoe = being a slow fat fuck" being removed. Mainly on Tajara, Unathi and Vaurca who frankly seem like they'd be used to walking barefoot actually.
3. It seems you took a few artistic liberties regarding the post.
4. I'm not going to quote the whole thing, so 1: Understanda:b:le, although the map has plenty of giant cities on it and honestly if you pull one out of your ass nobody is going to mind since it's only a name. Besides a loreperson can use it later. 2: My issue with college is you show us Young, Teens, Late Teens and then you go "Okay he's good now." I'm not looking for a lifestory, but it would be nice if you mentioned "He excelled in X and Y and thus had recommendation to NT, but at this time he didn't want to join" 3:Rest is okay, glad you responded and didn't just keel over and fix everything I commanded. +1 so far
5. I shall support this, but only if screwdrivering a pen instead makes you stab yourself in the thumb as the devious contraption switches ends of the pen, causing 100 halloss instantly and 1 brute to your hand.
6. Geeves I enjoy you, a few dionea I actually talked to about things outside of game mechanics. Your OOC attitude is always nice, fresh and always ready to try something new. But this application, I mean really? This is like getting toast from Paul Bocuse. It's basic, mellow and a bit strange, here I'll try to highlight what I think is wrong or iffy, in my opinion™. I'd like you to be more specific, WHICH city? While we don't need to know every village, nook and cranny, something major like a city is important. You have to remember Adhomai is a battleground so it one of the big cities in the backlines or on the frontlines, it can lead to interesting plotlites when specific cities are being described in lore. And again, WHICH "engineering work"? Was his father an owner? How big was it? You say outskirts of a modernized city so it couldn't be that big since business tends to grow at the heart of cities due to the commune. Okay, first part understandable. Building roads in mud, cute. Makeshift weaponry out of wood. Wood swords and stuff understandable. Small-scale version of his family home? Like a tree-house? Did he build like a model? This is a bit confusing. Here you skip a large part and this is honestly a mistake, college is one of the most memorable times of ones life honestly. Also what is his father making? Now he builds vechicles for noblemen? Or does he build mechanical devices? Industrialization doesn't work like this, you can't make cars and at the same time be making "mechanical devices". What did your character even graduate in? These are things you could specify a bit so we can understand your character, but I like the car involvement, it gives the character flesh and interests outside of just his job Woah an entire second factory? How rich is his father? You make it sound like no big deal but TWO factories? That's actually very rich. Was he shocked he was accepted or was he shocked he'd be making less money? Also if he worked in his factory he wasn't really "making" money, he was just circulating money in his family really. "Get enough money," mate your dad has two entire factories (Well one after the second one was seized) I don't think he struggles to fill plates. Or is there another family? Is he married off-station? I enjoy the fact you didn't go the ,"poor zhan boi from farm family dindu nuffin", miner. I enjoy the fact your character has some spirit and meat behind it, listing even some hobbies, instead of him being a "Give me application please, I'll make someone completely different two days later". I did enjoy how you talked about business and the state, but I disliked how little thought you put into it. Overall I think it has potential but currently you'd need to grab about 500 Zhan workers, equip them with sandpaper and let them work for a few days in order to properly smoothe it out. Once you fix (or explain why you don't need to fix) these problems, I'll have no issue in supporting you whole heartedly.
7. Wait hold on, I and a lot of people i talk to agree that it's an in-character complaint from said character to another character, not an in-game player complaint. If my character wants behaviour to stop doesn't mean I as a player want that behaviour stopped. Like if someone is surfing around using fireextinguishers I'll find that un-acceptable in-character but as a player I'll just laugh that off.
8. A question. One of the reasons for you leaving was that, "Didn't have the patience nor the time to deal with issues of other people." (not a precise quote just condensed) I would like to ask if this has changed in any way, because I often describe CCIA as "Being a moderator without the moderator powers", which honestly is just frustrating and a lot of these interviews are simply collection of varying opinions without any real way to check if they're right or not. That could lead to you simply, as others described it, "burning out" faster than usually.
9. Heads of Staff are expected to be knowledgable on majority of mechanics in their department or atleast enough to effectivelly supervise the actions of their underlings, by no means should they know every corner by memory but they're expected to know enough to sustain the station and department effectively. Additionally it's expected that they have read the directives, proper procedures and laws/regulations, although it's not expected that they know all of them by heart. In regards to "what they should know", I quote the application, This should cover everything you are REQUIRED to know. If people arent following these or aren't knowledgable it's contradicting what they said on their application and if they aren't sure they can just type "Aurora Wiki heads of staff" on google as honestly not everyone can memorize these. In regards to lore, I must admit we have never talked about this part of whitelist, but a lot of them seem like an opinion. People don't HAVE to know the names of the president or Miranda, they should but it's not against regulations to not know the name of your boss or the president. They should know, but don't have to. Again, people don't have to know about the two pirate attacks, simply because I don't think it's something in the syllabus of staff training. They should but again, don't have to. Regarding the "Can't leave NT for another corporation," yes that is a gross and ugly hole in knowledge and you should ahelp that so we can inform them properly. But the thing is, I haven't heard about any of this? Maybe it's because I just do not play on your timezone but we haven't received any complaints IC or OOC which makes it a bit questionable to be making entire policies instead of putting in the extra effort to educate the players or inform us of this happening if this is such a common occurance.
10. Just a sidenote on this, isn't this the point of IR's? Characters expressing their in-game dislike of something? Doesn't mean the players hate it.
11. Hmmm, I see why you'd like a head whitelist app because quite frankly I've seen you pulling the department alone as a scientist multiple times now. Where the issue arises is that, perhaps due to our fault, Research Directors tend to be scientists with extra access without really being heads and well I haven't seen much of initiative from David. From what I've seen you tend to sit back and work on science which well is in your job description but never anything that would really put you out there as a "leader" rather than "scientist with an upgrade". And the fact you focused completely on the mechanical aspect in your answer to the standart questions also raises five of my one hundred eyebrows. So my questions are, what do you think are the specific responsibilities of the Research Director and not just heads in general, are there some extra things a director should worry about? Should a director be less involved in general station leadership or actually more? Hypothetical situation, say xenobiology is currently leaking slimes and there is no security outside of you that could deal with it a borg requires you to fix him and replace his board because a miner is bleeding out on the asteroid and nobody else can get him. For the sake of argument let's assume you didn't yet upgrade the manufacturer and thus making the reset module and fixing all the components will take you just as much time as killing those slimes. Now there is another scientist around that's doing circuits and he refuses to either kill slimes or help with the printing, LOOC explained because he doesn't find it fun and ICly that he doesn't want to, what would you do? My point with this long ass analogy is simply that sometimes you are unable to provide fun for other players without simply cutting other players from their fun, so what would you do in those types of situations?
12. wouldn't making a group discussion be a bit more helpful? Discord has that function

*Fingergun-John Doe

I think providing such a simple way for players to make the fabled "finger guns" emote takes away from the game. The current /me system provides a sense of pride and accomplishment to the players when they successfully type out /me fingerguns.
14. Shure Locking and archiving
15. OH SHIT DUDE WE FUCKING S H I T P O S T E D in here
16. I don't, really.
17. Yeah sure, I don't see why not honestly. Would also be nice if the same applied to surgery gloves too, I'm pretty sure that unless you're josstling organs they stay sparkly clean.
18. On a more serious note, MSpaint is a suprisingly flexible tool if you know how to work with it.
19. I agree with my suggestion completely and I think it should be added. The rest is okay. Although I'm not sure on the shoes as depending on their speed they'll be the new never picked along with random toxin beaker or the new metaw. That would need some clarification. Smuggler's bag, Energy Pen and PDA Scrambler should have been implemented a long time ago and it's sad that nobody thought about them yet.
20. Welll that's a lot of positive feedback and I myself know you as a swell person. BUT Due to recent concerns and messages we have receieved from multiple people, well it brought up interesting things to light. It was something adressed by not a single individual but by multiple groups to which we just couldn't a blind eye. Now it's partially also my personal opinion but we have agreed about it with the entire whitelist team, the thing is there is nothing wrong, application accepted. Locking and Archiving.
21. Beginning End Author notes: So I realized I haven't actually writen jack shit besides satyrical comedies and that one weird robot thing from 2015 that reads like ass. So I did this semi-serious and extremely corny Dominian love story because I'll be damned if the first story about Dominia is going to be a war story. This is no way precisely accurate to Dominia, I tried to stick to it but I just don't know enough about daily life to prop it up. I haven't spellchecked nor have I checked for a coherent word structure, this was a sudden fey mood, if you want to spellcheck feel free to. Secret cry-blog
22. Yes (Yes)
23. As of now TG_Griffin has been talked to in private messaging and advised to not reduce the warning to a note but outright remove it. As of you Butterrobber202 well it was a guess and frankly nothing happened, just pinging you so you're aware of the resolution. Closed and archived.
