Please do contact the loredevs when you have issues. We are active and are looking for feedback. A way to change this for dionae is being discussed. It is. Dionae have been massively changing over the past few months. We have actual active loredevs and lore in place to prevent people from using the species to powergame. If you see someone powergaming/breaking lore, inform the loredevs(myself and @Caelphon) We have been doing the best we can to improve the quality of Dionae, but without actually telling us we cannot solve the issues. For all the complaining i've seen, those people rarely actually try talking to me or cael about it.

I'd be fine with this for Dionae. Fairly certain IPCs used to have the same restriction before the rune update.

I do want to add something to nerf dionae cultists as I do agree they are way too stronk right now, although outright disallowing them i'm against. It means cultists have to kill or construct dionae, no converting. I'd rather not have a repeat of all the shit that happend when IPCs were disallowed.

Overview of the Incident: (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary) I don't think I need to go into too much detail about the invasion of the two tajaran groups, this incident is mostly about how, after most of the shooting died down, The head of security at the time, Vieniamin Sokolov, executed a downed member of the tajaran invasion force. The tajaran was shot at from what I saw, and fell down. The head of security walked over to them, checked their arm, talked a bit, then shot them in the head I believe two times. There was plenty of time to try to cuff them or take their weapons away, but they just, shot them dead. Myself, Zirhal Rkanazirr, and Valeriya Samsara all witnessed this. Valeriya Samsara, however, encouraged fighting the tajaran invaders due to being run over with a tank, and I have reason to believe they encouraged this execution. I reported this to the captain, of course, given the fighting was not completely over, it took time to handle. Eventually they said I need witnesses to this, which I got some. They still said this was not enough, even after Oliver Roadman, the chief engineer, agreed the HOS should at least be demoted, if not arrested for executing someone. The captain still did not budge, so command held a vote to remove them, if not at least override them. Myself and Roadman voted against the captain, Samsara voted for, 2-1. We were going to fax central to confirm if this was all done properly, as we knew central had to approve this as well, and didn't want this done improperly. We had no plans to carry out anything until we got a response, but the captain ordered myself and Roadman to be arrested for sedition, although this was never carried out as we all agreed to let central handle this as a transfer shuttle was on its way. I believe, given the witnesses and possible camera footage the Head of Security for that shift, Vieniamin Sokolov, should be removed from their position and arrested for murder given the execution of the tajaran.
