How do they think about Queen Xetl and the High Queen? What do they think about the fact that Xetl exploits their Bound in every way possible, even "worse" than other Queens or Hives? While your section about VR is nice and all, the actual description of your character is lacking. They are curious and like touching things. That's about it, really. Unbound can have a more complex personality, than Bound, besides one or two simple things in life. How did they come to work for NT anyway? Most of their hives Unbound are used and needed to develop their colonies, so why are they at a human research station? Why were they chosen to learn Research&Development, together with circuits? Also, as Resi already pointed out, coming from Xetl's blood and being so overly joyful about simple touch needs to be explained, too, due to the nature of their VR. Same goes with, quote: "basic conversation". It shows again that your backstory or character background in general is lacking, since there is no indicator on why they are this way, even though they technically shouldn't.

That's a counter-suggestion I can get behind. Very good. I can see why people don't like "slowing down" surgery, despite me not really agreeing with them, medical in here was called LRP, this here is just one of soon-to-come suggestions to turn this for the better. Also, maybe just dont expect to be in and out of the medbay in a fly, so we can RP more. Medical is not only LRP because of it's players but at least equally so because ot it's patients.

HRP is also about immersion, to some degree. Surgery preperation already includes only two steps: Wash your hands before you do it and wear gloves + mask. Operating in a fully clothes person, with webbing, toolbelt, etc. is just immersion breaking. It's a single step more, hell, make it optional, if you want to uphold that argument. It adds a tiny bit to surgery, which is already unrealistic as it is.

Hello it's me again, y boi, okay so fully clothed surgery is silly, it's been forever. Asking people to put on gowns gives often strange looks and sometimes is not possible to ask them because they have a million broken bones. So I propose surgical drapes, you know, these covers that go onto the surgery patient so all stays clean and sanitary. If not used an infection risk could be added to the surgery. Or failure chance, whatever sounds better. It can be done in two ways: Just apply them in general and then surgery away or target a specific limb and apply them. I don't know what I would prefer, let's hear your input. Please end fully clothed surgery, thank you.

Darius Stafford was in surgery for ages, I told the Captain that. I had to AFK at ~1:45 minute mark (that was when the Captain, me, the Ninja and the HoP were talking just outside the medical back door) due to a call and had to leave the round 5 minutes after relatively quickly. The HoS was in surgery at this point for at least 15 minutes with a surgeon. One that I assumed was capable of performing the plastic surgery after Stafford got husked. I doubt that was his fault at all.

There is absolutely no need to put the word "limiting" in quotation marks. Putting mechanical rerstrictions into place to prevent from creating certain types of characters and/or characters combining certain lore related things is the very definition of limiting something or someone.

As long as whatever is being presented is a suggestion and not forced so you still have freedom about your character creation I find this a very good thing.

locking skin colours to origin is terrible. Limits the possible character backstories. Is it not allowed to play someone who's family immigrated to Elyra, for example? I did not see this in the original post.

As discussed in OOC I agree that the outright removal was not good. I support your suggested alternative.
