This soldier did not know Ceti Basic so this one had to translate for them the situation, until it was clear that the miner was in need of help. A small team, composing of a First Responder, a Security Officer for defense, and herself, was organized to teleport to the Spark, where they retrieved the drunk miner from the outpost and returned them to the Horizon. I am absolutely NOT a fan of new species restrictions being placed on XO whatsoever and others were not too, when I asked that question last year, on page 2 of this thread. I kind of feel this sways votes, with the fact that it's suddenly going "oh, and any tajara/unathi/diona/ipc xos are being kicked out of the position now"
