I don't believe Nienna has done anything wrong in this case. Had they stripped your whitelist or given a severe warning, I think it would've been overzealous based on the lack of clear information they were going off of. But a polite and transparent nudge in your DMs isn't enough to warrant any action from me. It seems like they gathered your information and your side of the story in the course of your brief conversation, which would be pretty standard for investigating whitelist complaints. I don't have anything to add on the front of potential metagrudges. I dunno if people have one against you, but the lightness of Nienna's whitelist enforcement was an appropriate approach in line with regulations, and anything stricter based on the lack of information they had would've been grounds for corrective action.

Hello! Vaurca are probably my weakest section of lore these days, as last time I was acutely familiar with them was multiple rewrites ago. But I'll do my best. At the moment I only really have two issues that I take up with this application, maybe three. The first (and very iffy, on my part) one is that, I'm not immediately aware of a C'thur Zheng-Hu mix, and couldn't find it through a quick wiki search. Maybe it's a news article? It can be hard to keep track of sometimes. But C'thur are closely interlinked with Eridani and Skrell, and Eridani and Skrell are closely linked with Zheng-Hu, so, it makes sense. The second is the whole, synthesizer that avoids the vaurcese accent thing. Generally, I'm somewhat apprehensive of characters that don't have their xeno-accents, but maybe that's a more minor item. If I accepted this app, and the vac dev decided later that you had to use the accent, just be open to the idea is all, as it's somewhat iffy to me, but I'm ambivalent about it. Vaurca have all sorts of mechanical implants, a voice synthesizer that has less of an accent seems pretty believable. The last, and probably only non-nitpick real criticism I have, is what exactly makes Pax a C'thur? And more specifically, a Xetl Brood? The C'thur are a hive that's all about cash money and financial development. The Xetl Brood is all about integrating within Skrell/Human society, but the wiki page seems to make it out to be a rigorous and intensive study and process, under the guidance of the Sensate. Pax definitely seems well-adjusted into human society, but I think the backstory would be a lot better if we had more on Pax's journey and process. I guess what I'm getting at here is, to reiterate, what makes Pax a C'thur (with note that C'thur are heavily tied in with skrell)? How has being part of the Xetl Brood impacted and directed the events in his life?

I've given this a good read and a good think, and I don't think Nienna has committed any misconduct here, at least based on my reading of these screenshots. While it is true that you had intended to file a complaint privately before Nienna filed their own publicly (evidenced by messaging me intending to before all these complaints were filed), it's worth noting Nienna had no private avenue to file a complaint about you, as community member conduct is outside of my jurisdiction. I'm not the best in the world at picking up subtleties, but I don't see much of anything that constitutes antagonism or a violation of the DBAD rule here. I'll give this 24 hours before I lock and archive it if anyone would like to say anything.

Just posting in to make clear that this complaint is still being investigated, however, I would like if @niennabcould respond in their own defense, as this complaint is being investigated separately from the other.
