I feel that removing the Ion rifle will cause malfs to have an unfair advantage, all they need to do is prevent cargo from working (machine overload) and sec is screwed. I also feel that if we do this change we should bring back slugs to the armory. I also extremely oppose the idea of a weak armory, as I have seen far too many antags rushing armory to screw over sec as it is, making it easier will not help things.

I agree with this. But I feel that an early launch should be announced in general (Example: "Escape Pod Control: Pod #1 armed. launching in T-minus 5 minutes."). This segways to my next thing, The launches should not be immediate, and take around 5 minutes to finish prep and launch. This obviously doesn't apply if launching when shuttle launches.

I agree with this. I feel that having a hard cap is sufficient, and do not really see a need for a percentage system.

I am not sure about this, I always like seeing the Tip of the Round as it usually provides a good splash of comedy before a round. We also will end up just seeing the same lore info over and over again. Now I know tip of the round has the same problem, but usually you can still laugh about it and discuss it in OOC. Overall, I want the tips of the round to stay the same. -1

Interesting idea, but I feel it will get very annoying very quick to have breathing in your speakers for long periods of time. Plus I imagine there will have to be distinctions between species, or at least remove it for IPCs. Overall, I don't feel this idea would be good due to how annoying the breathing will get. -1

A freezer somewhere. Now that that complicated lore question is now resolved thanks to the ingenuity and creativity of our loredevs, I like this idea. I feel that currently there is no reliable way to find what gear people stored with them. I especially like the idea of giving the sorting office an actual use pertaining to its job. +1

I like this idea, all I worry about is abuse when no heads are on, perhaps allow AIs to also track department funds? (Plus you could do some neato AI antag stuff with finance). +1

Apologies, I should elaborate. I don't mind freelance stuff, but I don't like the idea of NanoTrasen Leasing it's space for private development. (Journalist Office is more for corporate reporter). I feel that privatizing the bar and kitchen and making it so you have to pay for food will just reduce the amount of people who get food/drinks to lower.

Not sure I like this, Nanotrasen is the kind of company that wants everything under its roof to be theirs. I may understand this for some of their other stations, but not in their most successful one. -1

I looked into the regulation, and although it DOES say that the crime is about insulting a head of staff, under it's notes it says this: This limits the regulation to only be applicable to slanderous insults, and while it may be needed to clarify it in the main description, Heads of Staff cannot use this as a tool to arrest anyone insulting them (as long as it isnt slanderous that is.)
