I was literally ghosting over it as it happened. This is not true. It is lame to call both the mercenary beacon and an emergency shuttle. That is all.

We ought be as willing as possible to play roles outside of our comfort zone. Giving up your antag role should be discouraged but possible. I believe most people can find fun in it if they just give it a chance.

Alrighty. based on reviewing the evidence even @tbear13 admits he would have dropped a week antag ban over this. We do not think a permanent antag ban is appropriate because while you do have a previous permanent ban on record you also have a six month gap and 144 rounds played in which you where fine and had no action taken against you. The nature of this warning is pretty silly though so i am sorry i will have to drop a week antag ban here @IAmCrystalClear @Wigglesworth Jones Is there anything i missed?

Just make the appeal and we can look into it. Explain your situation as best you can.

Just explain what happened. Either you are the user that was banned and you caught this trying to evade or you somehow tripped the ban.

I missed your ahelp You had already called for mercs and they where en-route. I do not think its fair to call for both. I also did not feel it was fair to end the game over this. Security did not have a high bodycount. Neither did the rest of the station's departments. I know this because i was ghosting over during all of it happening. I believe its more important to keep playing the game when the threat can still be dealt with. That is a call i can and will make on a case by case basis.

TLDR Just let them appeal in like six months. This is not me saying that you need to ACCEPT the appeal or that further CCIA action/arrests will not prohibit fernando from allowing this to be appealed.

Agreed with alb. If we just keep removing modes we are going to end up with a worse overall server experience.

Well to be fair i do see almost two years in between his latest demotion here and the last time he was in trouble. Seems kinda weird to make it un-appealable.

I am going to go point by point in order of potential problems i see. What do you mean by this? Your character can no longer be a CMO due to actions it committed IC. I do not see how this is OOC at all. The message you posted from syn has a lot of charged phrasing in it. "lucky" "Extremely fortunate" "Do not attempt something so stupid again". This looks very clearly like a "You're lucky to have not been fired do not do this again" kind of thing. It seems reasonable to me your other notes would be taken into account. It does show a pretty clear pattern of behavior. Your character has lied to CCIA, obstructed an investigation, threatened crew, attempted to bribe an NT employee and all of this culminates in you getting into some sort of drunken brawl with a crew member and abusing medicine. I promise i am not trying to be rude because this is probably the point of your character but that is an INSANE record. We are talking specifically about you and your character's actions. It is entirely possible there is specific information in those cases that renders them less severe than what you did and it is entirely possible they just fell through the cracks in our staff team. You're a member of command and you drunkenly assaulted a crew member. That is absurdly severe. Your character has a pretty bad track record for being a liability to NT in a command position. Is this complaint to get lancer to allow you to appeal the removal?

You've been here just a short while and yet you're a ccia trial and you have FOUR separate species white-lists. Each requiring their own separate white-list application and RP style. On top of that you have one note. One single note. Thats it. The type of person you are is extremely rare. Your history speaks for itself and i see no reason why you should not be given a head whitelist.

Honestly not sure. I mean ninja apparently does pretty well and they are essentially impossible to arrest non-lethally. Then when they do die most people back away because they know the explosion is coming. This might be worth trying but it would probably need some spells tweaked. I do at the very least think the clothes requirement is really really annoying because its not like a RIG suit or a module that offers an actual benefit. You just literally cannot function without them.
