    You say this as if its a bad thing but its actually healthy for RP that you're given an incentive to interact with and establish good relationships with other departments. It is not and never has been acceptable for security to hack through doors. You attempted to hack it over and over attaining serious and egregious burns in the process. It is simply not acceptable given how we expect characters to deal with pain. I banned you for three days which given that you already have a fair number of notes and a previous three day ban for bad RP i believe i was extremely generous here.

    Well, as i understand it from what you have told me here you explained your reasoning for doing it and @ShesTrying still disagreed and said it was not ok. She does have the authority to make that decision. Anger issues being used to justify going back and destroying beepsky is not really appropriate i feel.

    Well its already possible to make them canon, sort of. You can add a particular disorder to your medical records as long as it doesn't severely impact your work. Do you mean like how security incidents get automatically added to your records?

    I may or may have not forgotten about this, sorry. Anyway if we consider that we are all working aboard a space station for a megacorp then breaking company property of being detained for 10 minutes is more than a little silly. Beepsky getting smashed for that happens on lower RP servers.

    Mental traumas should be rare and manageable if you're going to incorporate one into your characters back story. Introducing them in character creation would make them too common.

    New players are the lifeblood of any server. The term "bayfugee" needlessly separates them into a different class. Be a better human being and dont say it.

      You-- can't steal open source... co-- hggn. There's a lot of reasons people may be leaving bay. Aurora getting some of Bay's "oh this is neat" features may have been the icing on the cake for someone to finally give up and move to greener grass. I don't know Bay. I can't say anything about them... but maybe our new people came to Aurora because they saw a server that finally had everything they want.

    This essentially, and i think the system works fine as it is. I really do not understand the apprehension over the words "Staff complaint". I do not deny that it exists and i suppose i should be empathetic to it. Staff complaints are really not that big of a deal to stress over (usually). They can be over any decision made.

    Well we do give out warnings for mistakes. It is so light its hard to even call it a punishment. You made an honest mistake in regards to the turret controls. This warning is documentation so that you do not repeat it as the consequences of misunderstanding turret controls can be quite deadly.

I mean to imply here that its incredibly lame to resist your borer at roundstart. This inevitably gets you dragged to medical. The worm shows up on a scanner as a tumor. Once they take it out in surgery the cat is out of the bag and the round is fucked. Like, make use of the conversation skills we have as being human beings and talk to the worm inside your head through LOOC or AOOC or something.

    I understand we have all had bad experiences with antags but i have to say from someone who deals with bwoinking people and teaching people how not to be shit... Its not as big of a problem as people make it out to be. TYPICALLY that shitheel you played with does that for one or two rounds and then he finally adjusts to our RP level and then hes fine from then on. We have a constant supply of new players progressing into seasoned players.
