1. Anything to add has already been said. Regardless, enjoyed their interaction. Good player. +1
 2. I have to say this has hit upon one of the major areas I'd love to see developed out in Tajara lore: Culture. While there's a lot of culture present as is, I'd love to see the area developed, specifically in things such as holidays which your piece touched on. All ready giving this a solid +1. But I am curious, in what areas beyond holidays would you like to expand on Tajaran culture and what separates them from being the rest of the galaxy. Any ideas for customs, traditions, or general societal expectations beyond what we already have?

 5. I honestly can't write this better. I understand the frustration of perhaps the want of a normal round and maybe that's your only round for the day. But honestly? The round that even sparked this wasn't straight LRP. Was it wacky? Was it funny? Yes. Was it a nice break from the monotony of another lowpop wizard round? (which by the way this round started with a dead manifest so the admin in question took it upon themselves to do something with the otherwise post-apocalyptic CyberPunk manifests. IDK chief, Santa as a wishgranter wasn't a bad round gimmick for Admin Spice if I'm being honest or out of line with the server rules. It was different sure, but not bad. As nienna said, I feel like the sentiment above will just kill and potential Admin's drive to host events. And in reality these events were generating roleplay for many people to begin with. The clearer outline isn't perhaps a bad idea despite myself not personally thinking it's needed, but I'm not sure what else would really come from this.
 6. To: Julian Chet From: CCIA Division of Appeals Subject: Appeal 11/18/2462 _______________________________ BODY: After review of the case files of the investigation, we believe the punishment put in place was appropriate and we believe a bit more time is needed to understand the gravity of the situation. The engine setups are very costly, and tampering with, dismantling, or altering them in place for experimental projects that will need to be torn down at the end of shift is a dangerous process. The reallocation of station funds without proper approval, as well, is not a matter taken lightly. While you state your skills are above an apprentice, after combing through the interviews, I worry your ability to work as a team member still remains a matter of subject. We believe currently, continuing your apprenticeship is more valuable for you to build your team-ethics and communication skills. At this time, this appeal will be denied and the demotion will remain in place. You may appeal again on December 1st, 2462. _______________________________ DTG: 20-14:22-TAU CETI STANDARD-11-2462 Sign: Saul Walker

 8. BYOND Key: abigbear Staff BYOND Key: Yonnimer, Kyres Game ID: b99-ahk7 Reason for complaint: Improper escalation which resulted in character death on an event round. During the Solarian boarding event, a Solarian "heavy marine" team boarded the station to investigate a terrorist who for whatever reason would have fled to the Aurora. During this point the Solarians for whatever reason, decided to hold command at hostage and apparently blew up the checkpoint. My character an EMT moved to do what an EMT is expected and make sure everyone is okay. He was pointed at by the Solarian team to step out of the elevator, which he did. The investigator stepped out saying to search the cat, this is fine, my character sassed back, they beat my character for this. This is fine. However they then continued to beat my character for this, while in solarian hardsuits, while using the sol-combat manual. My character used disarm intent to back off and get the assailing sol marine. They beat him again to and so my character used claws against a combat suit. They continued to beat my character to the point of unconsciousness. Okay sure. I wake up in the elevator being stripped literally naked in the elevator. I told them to get the fuck off me and stop touching my clothes. Kyres also looc'd them at some point in this to stop that. It continues on where they say search everything and demand my pouches which I throw at the investigator themself. The solarians then beat me at this point into an arterial bleed and death. -Am I upset I was beaten for my actions? No. It's a foreign military team that hates my species. -Am I upset players used a cat using claws against a solarian combat suit which did next to no damage to them as an excuse to commit canon murder? Yes. I am aware there are repercussions for actions. I am aware I clawed back. I was fine with being beaten for it. But an unarmed melee attack against people armed and armored to hell and back is a very poor excuse to use the solarian combat manual to murder a character canonically who made very little effort to fight back. I was not going full gamer trying to juke or just out run them or any other LRP tactic to get out of dodge, I backed up a few tiles cornering myself purposefully. I ahelped this. Yonni said because they're not antags, but rather character events that I would need to talk to the loremasters on this one. I've skipped this considering several things said in deadchat that he really didn't have an issue with this but also because I do not believe this was an okay situation and brought it here. Especially now that I am forced out of a character. To answer a few points before someone brings this up: -A character is being beaten by strange individuals to the point they see red and the sound of bones breaking happens. Fight or flight kicks in. A few light claw attacks against people in hardsuits. It's not like I pulled a .45. Someone being cornered by several individuals and beaten round robin would realistically lash out. My character was a medic, not a fighter and that much was apparent with a few claws. My character was down for a while and in a state of passing out over and over and yet they continued on. Somewhere in this a roller bed was deployed and buckled a sol marine. That was not me. It was knocked from my hand with the first punch as I was sent flying. I do not know how it was deployed or how it got them buckled. if it was a glitch from it being in my hand or what because I did not see anyone next to them. Such things are LRP and I detest it. Evidence/logs/etc: The logs I have are only partial as my character blacked out at many points. It's better they are reviewed so the full story can be seen. Additional remarks: From the server rules on conflict:

 10. Reporting Personnel: Rajjurl Al-Thaalzir Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Head of Security Game ID: b9E-dnfG Commended Personnel: - Avery Bell, Detective Witnesses: -Saleema Rrhaskali, Head of Personnel, Witness to events described below. Time of Commendable Act: Real Time: 7pm 10/16/2020 Location of Act: Cargo Overview: Detective Bell took initiative to step outside his acting roll of investigator and became a point of negotiations with the previously reported strike/mellow riot over food prices and warehouse duties. Mister Bell also acted as a point of information and a face for the team. His actions slowed destruction of property, loss of precious metals being used in the creation of barricades, and a point of distraction to the offender buying this one and his team time to move around and put an end to the events. These actions are worth merit and while he was proud of his entire team that day, this was an example of taking initiative. Additional Notes:

 15. Reporting Personnel: Rajjurl Al-Thaalzir Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Head of Security Game ID: b9A-bnAB Personnel Involved: Ka'Akaix'Kak Zo'ra, Station Engineer (Offender) Imran Zadeh, Cheif Engineer (Witness) Celestine LaCroix, Warden (Witness) Secondary Witnesses: Eddie Lank, Security Officer (Witness) Mako Wu, Chief Medical Officer (Witness) Time of Incident: 10/12/2462 Real Time: 0615, 10/12/2020 Location of Incident: Brig x2, Virology Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ X ] - Destruction of Property [ X ] - Neglect of Duty [ X ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ X ] - Misconduct [ X ] - Other __Theft of organ___ Overview of the Incident: The conduct of Ka'Akaix'Kak was absolutely unacceptable today on shift, they began their shift by ordering a C'thur viax (lobotomized Vaurca drone) around being a general nuisance. Mostly ignored until they ordered the drone to serve a drink that contained welding fuel which was almost consumed by an assistant, however, stopped by a stationbound. The AI on shift reported this danger while monitoring the hive net. They were simply going to be reprimanded and were summoned to the brig, but began painting the brig in bright purple. They were charged for hooliganism and vandalism. They were then released and ordered by this one with the support of their Chief Engineer, Imran Zadeh, to fix the floor. They refused. They were detained for failing to execute an order. During this time they began spray painting the brig once more and creating a wall to seal themself in the processing cubical. This was removed by Chief Zadeh, and they were detained by force after resisting arrest. During this time, while his warden and officer were handling another security situation, this one moved them to their cell. He instructed them to remove all their unnecessary gear and place on the orange jumpsuit. Throwing a tantrum the vaurca threw off their phoron filter and began gasping in protest demanding it be allowed to keep it's clothes. This one then entered the cell, cuffed them and forced the filter back in to place, only releasing their restraints to re-toggle their filter. He then cuffed them again, and forced them into proper uniform. They then attempted to slander this one by claiming he was trying to kill them. This one never ended up getting around to charging them for that. Letting the matter go for calm behavior while Doctor Imran Zadeh helped watch them while the entire security team handled another security matter that had arisen, their behavior was calm and it was determined that this was an incident of childish protest vs. suicide attempt, and they were released. What happens next he finds most disturbing and is demanding action on. This one's fat reservoir, a Tajaran organ, became inflamed and was surgically removed by Doctor Wu. He is not sure why the organ was pushed down disposals verses being incinerated, but Kak proceeded to retrieve it and inform this one he was keeping a piece of me, to which then Doctor Imran Zadeh reported the Vaurca had this one's organ. This one ordered for their detainment, and found them trespassing within medical deep in the old quarantine which is under demolition. They were detained and this one's organ was found on them. The transfer shuttle prevented proper charging for this due to time constraints. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: This one was the supervising member. Actions taken: Detainment. Evidence: Below is photographic evidence of the organ before it was transferred to cold evidence storage. Additional Notes: Antags were the security situation, traitor round. No influence on events to my knowledge.

Overview of the Incident: During a security event, cargo technician Thompson took it upon himself to steal Miss Sadar's scarf, which in fact turned out to be a family heirloom. The situation in itself was handled by security team, Thompson was fined, however this one finds the entire situation inappropriate and after reviewing their extensive file believes this needs external review as these issues are re-occurring problems. Disciplinary or more permanent behavior correction is needed in his opinion. Submitted Evidence: Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: He was the highest authority at the time. Actions taken: Additional Notes:
