Really the big nail in the coffin here was the fact that you did it, and then immediately DC'd the moment you got captured. The DC is what made me ban you. Almost your entire note history - including another ban by the way - is based around you going SSD and just flat DCing without using cryo. I will lift this ban, but understand that you are basically out of chances when it comes to just leaving. I will lift it later today when I log on.

Stuff like this is the bane of the pharmacy-less medical. One time I had someone wait for over half an hour to fix their ribs purely because they had a lot of brute trauma. Nothing else was wrong with them. It was probably the most boring thing imaginable for them. Getting something to reduce or remove this wait would be great. Maybe bones don't rebreak upon fixing when past the damage threshold but any MORE damage when in said threshold will instabreak it.

I've known Faye for a long while, at this point years, and I can say without a doubt she is one of the most passionate players on the server when it comes to the lore, with her Gibson rework and her synthetic characters being pretty good examples of that. Her attitude has also gotten endlessly better as well, so I think she'd be perfect for the position. +1

Hi. I used to be the lore maintainer for the Vaurca, and the biggest thing I usually see people mess up is the nuances to playing a Vaurca that are abnormal to other species. In other words, their weirdness often isn't played well. That being said, here are some questions for you. What does Tek think of the Ve'katak Phalanx? (If you are unsure of what this is, there is a search bar in the wiki you can plug the name into) How is the combat engineer angle going to work? Vaurca in general are extremely specialized, and swapping departments is likely to just be a flat no. Consider a scenario in which a racist crewmember insults the Queens and calls your Vaurca an overgrown Ant. How would Tek respond?

As stated by Peppermint, you really went too far with this gimmick to the point where it gets dangerously close to sexual assault themes. The logs I posted allude to that, your mentions of "He will like it eventually" allude to that, and you were doing this for basically the entire round. If you do not understand it at this point, then I seriously doubt you ever will. Furthermore, attributing this to Peppermint being out to get you specifically is very silly. Let me be clear, you absolutely did break the rules. The rules do not state every specific situation that constitutes a rulebreak, and a lot of the ERP rule is left to common sense and to what and what is not allowed. Your character was being obsessive and saying very strange things about Clark and it just feels really awkward even reading the logs again. This does not at all mean that it didn't make anyone uncomfortable. There are people who dislike things and do not ahelp them, for some reason. That and we cannot cherrypick rules based on the people being affected by actions, as Peppermint stated. Inducing consent is quite literally the opposite of giving consent. This is what I mean when I say the ERP rule involves common sense. You have zero right to say this. You are only yourself, and not everybody else. There is absolutely no way you could have known how everyone else was feeling about it, so stop trying to use this to justify your actions. This is the biggest red flag you have given me in this entire complaint and basically cements that you are in beyond the wrong headspace for this. Still, Peppermint's decision is being upheld. In the interest in not allowing this to go any further, I am going to lock and archive this complaint early. This behavior is not acceptable and, as stated, it is a miracle that it was only a warning. I suggest you be extremely careful with your gimmick choice in the future.

Hi. We have gone through the logs, and this is frankly a pretty cut and dry deal. Look at this. This is honestly beyond the borderline for creepy. You cannot say you are going to peck on someone a real lot and then mention the 'Special Techniques' and expect people to think literally anything else other than its you making it sexual. This is extremely obvious and, if you still cannot see how it is taken as such, then I am not sure how else to explain it to you. Additionally, to cover your other points, 1. This is not a common thing. It is always a rulebreak and if people are reported or noticed doing stuff like this, it is handled. 2. We do not need to go to every single person you interacted with to confirm that this is not okay. Overall, I nor @Melariara see anything wrong with how this situation was handled. If you have nothing else significant to bring up, this will be locked and archived in 24 hours.

The dance floor refers to the tiles in the bar, shown here: But Why? Personally, I think its an eyesore. It doesn't fit the wooden floor red couch aesthetic of the room, and when its turned on its sortof just painful to look at. This would be fine if it saw regular use, but I personally have never seen someone actually use it outside of making a dick with the lights for the funny. A LOT of visual noise for not much in the way of RP benefit. Obviously, I can't suggest we just flat remove it and leave it at that, as it leads a TON of empty space in the middle of the bar/kitchen area. So, some suggestions to replace it include: - More smaller tables, to complete a dining room aesthetic. - One BIG table, similar to the big feast table in the holodeck, for gatherings (bonus points that its right next to the kitchen too!) -A pair of couches that make a circle, to make a sort of lounge spot These are just three recommendations, though obviously anyone can suggest more. Hell, if people REAAAALLY want a dance floor, you could just move it to the secondary bar room here: No idea what the general consensus is on this, so its gonna' be a suggestion and not me throwing money at someone to make a PR. Yet.

Yeah, I think I'd be down to see this. Jumping EVERY TWO HOURS is a little much, probably, and a shift change is much better flavor. The idea of jumping to get to other parts of the map is also neato. +1

I am also of the opinion that the brightness needs to be toned down. I am getting sensory overload just from looking at medical. Additionally, medical in general just looks straight up bad. The grey and white in the Cube and the intense lime green mixed with the not-so-white white clashes hard.

Hi. Me and Read have looked over all the evidence and whatnot, and we've come to a decision. You have an exceptional history when it comes to your behavior OOCly, and I'm afraid to say that it is almost entirely negative. From discord arguments like what happened here to elsewhere, you have problems getting along with people. That on its own supports your ban from discord as it is a recurring issue. The crux here however is, of course, the brigading. To be blunt, I do not believe you are completely innocent from this. As Cybs pointed out, your friends joined at the exact same time, made it clear they know you and eachother, and then began randomly pushing into an argument they have more or less zero stakes in without someone else pulling them in. Originally, you contested this in the initial post with the following, You state that you only sent this to a single person, and said this again later as well. But MULTIPLE people joined not too long after this gadpathur thing happened. The only feasible way this could have happened is by sending it into a group chat, or the others somehow became telepathic and sensed the argument taking place. What happened absolutely counts as harassment in my eyes. It was multiple people flying in and throwing negative comments at human lore and surrounding Omega's ban out of nowhere whilst targeting specific people in an argument that, again, they have no stakes in since they are pretty much never around otherwise. I do not see a way in which this would not make Schwann and Matt feel harrassed/brigaded. The amount of comments is irrelevant, what matters is that it happened to begin with. As Cybs also pointed out, Omega and Stars are clearly in a discord together that Omega used to rile people up. Ambrose is ALSO in this discord and there is a screenshot with you and other members of that server having the same role color. Ambrose is now also defending you here. Based off of that alone, it's pretty clear you are all in the same discord server and from that I find it extremely easy to see a parallel. Whether intentional or not, people came in because of what you posted in that discord. In simpler terms, I think you are lying when it comes to not having anything to do with the other people that came in. Between the discord server, the people obviously knowing you and knowing exactly where the argument was and what it was about immediately after joining, and a very similar circumstance with another member of the aforementioned discord, I believe it impossible for you to simply be innocent in this. On top of all of that, your conduct OOCly is still horrible not counting the month gap in your activity. Even in your initial post, you only seem to take it half seriously and you continue to throw out insults and accusations throughout almost all of your responses here. This is not something that belongs in this community, especially not with the content of the complaint itself. You even start to take the argument elsewhere, saying you don't have time to waste on Cybs, or that Polaris and Bay are looking good this time of year. For the verdict, I am going to let the ban stay in effect, which you can appeal in September. I do not see anything wrong with how Cybs handled this, either. You broke rules, you were banned. If nobody has anything else to say, this will be locked and archived in 24 hours.

Vaurca are an exceptionally hard to play race, as they have a lot of rules and quirks that set them apart from how you would play a 'normal' race that is closer to a regular person. For that reason, I do not think you are ready for the whitelist. From what I have seen, as Schev noted, you have a difficult time playing a regular human seriously and believably and even then are an antagonist most of the time. This translating over to the Vaurca is a recipe for disaster, as it stands. You also have a tendency to focus on mechanics over roleplay, which compounds this issue since in most circumstances how a Vaurca is RP'd is much different as is. That and the above lead me to believe you shouldn't have the whitelist, yet. -1

Honestly giving something for engineering to do has to take priority over something like this. Having all of this setup already done, while good for BC and people wanting to explore around, basically kills engineering mechanics wise outside of patching breaches, which are usually short term and are not guaranteed to even happen. Maybe requiring some sort of setup for the ship's weapons beyond loading or some such. Going straight for auto-setup before fixing this glaring issue will just be another problem for an already content-lacking department. -1 for now. Although this does not take into account how much engi players enjoy setting up the engine IE the points on it taking far too long, so I suppose take it with a grain of salt.

Hi. I was the person that mentioned getting the game. First off, I have no clue to the specifics of the JK Rowling drama nor do I actually care. I just saw a game from a franchise I like and bought it because I wanted a wizard game. People do not have to look into the background of every game's creator and decide whether to enjoy the content based on the creator's beliefs instead of just what is in the game. You then decided to post major spoilers right after confirming that I bought it just to be a dick. Your feelings towards the game's creator do not magically justify this. This is literally just a clear cut violation of rule 1 because you feel like ruining the plot for some moral grandstanding that doesn't even make sense.
