I dont like how Briony Dillard is trying to fill in every station within service that happens to be unstaffed (I think even mining, especially the refinery is not safe from this, but I could be misremembering). I saw you from serving drinks to cooking meals to providing yourself with crops as Head of Personnel. A Head of Staff is not supposed to be a jack of all trade for whatever is currently lacking in a department. I also don't like that you play QM as your HoP character, when HoP is taken. There's a reason why HoS's aren't seen as officers or RDs as roboticists (for example). QM is not command and command staff should be elevated, in a way. I know Briony Dillard used to be a QM but she's employed as a HoP now. I can't comment on your CE, since I didn't see you play them. All in all you seem to have some wrong impressions of Command

Was suggested a million times before. Synchronized server times mean certain people only play at certain times of the (in game) day. This is unwanted because no one would want to work the same shift every day. While this is nothing huge it can have an impact on characters and players

I have spectated them for a few times and while I generally dislike it when people elevate their characters to command roles after a (relatively) short time I can understand why it's being done. It's also not criteria to the application. From what I saw RyverStyx plays command very decently and got a firm grip on the whole thing. He wrote that he has command experience from other HRP servers and it shows. I don't think there is a reason for him to not pass his trial.

I 100% agree with what Doxx said. Preemtively doubting staff to handle something properly is not a good basis to work on and does the hard working mods and admins a disservice

I like idea a lot and I think after some fine tuning it's a great addition.

I think you're a good fit for the role. I didn't interact with you very much because right now I'm pretty tied up with life and not that much around but maybe getting a bit better known or just being around for a bit longer would help you. Or not, who knows, but I wish you good luck

That's not a good argument in my opinion. I was the first person to really utilize the IAC, too and pushed the associated loadout items (vest, beret, jumpsuit and one or two that are spawn only). Ever since the IAC has a much greater presence. Items like these give awareness to lesser used aspects of lore and are quite healthy for lore itself. I dont know what Sycmos has for a custom banner or flag.

Just saying "the exchange rate was removed from the wiki", something I am clearly not up to date with, would have been enough, you know. Considering this, which I did not know, then yes, 100.000 credits are a bit much. Yet still I argue, that, while these funds are a lot, they are not readily available. It's also not like you can easily spend that money on something that gives you an advantage. Maybe cut it down in half or whatever.

The "exchange rate" used to be 3 credits being 1 dollar today. 100.000 credits are approx. 33.000 Dollars. This is really far from being an absurd amount of money. The station's funds historically being ridiculously low is not a good argument here, in my opinion. While I question the actual usefulness of these custom items, they sure are hella cool and creative, I'd find it pretty nice to see it accepted.

I dont understand all these voting changes lately. Problems are described that I, personally, almost never experienced, so my understanding here is very limited. Full votes, half votes, X not allowed to vote because of Y, votes being logged, having to play if voted. All these changes make something very straightforward (vote for: a) end round/continue round and b) what to play) kind of overly complicated. I personally just almost dont vote at all anymore. Why bother, it's the wrong vote or done in a wrong way anyway, it seems.

It's a cool idea, though I am not 100% sold on the reason he brings it to work. Doesn't matter, really. Maybe you can ask someone to make you a sprite, though, there are some community members who do sprites. I guess from the name that he is human. Humans are physically impossible to speak nral'malic, but readint should be possible. Good luck.
